My food was made when I ordered it, so I was able to get fresh hot french fries and a freshly made burger. Now my issue is this McFlurry....... What's the point of the machine if they don't use it to mix the toppings in, for real it's already $2.99 for the small so now I have to mix it myself on my little lunch break. I was ready to eat my flurry first but not today!

It took almost 20 minutes to get my order wich it really wasn't about the time but when I got to the window and saw people sitting around talking it became an issue my food was hot but my drink had melted n turned to water. The car in front of me wanted fresh fries or something but instead of having them pull out of line they just had them sitting there waiting wich in my opinion wasn't right because it made me and everyone behind me have to sit there longer. This location is usually very good on time and getting orders out and also I know the night crew isn't going to be as quick as the day crew but maybe this will help them get it together.

The service here is very good. My sons and I love going here. The staff is very friendly and they serve the food with a smile and that is very rare in customer service today! Kudos to these staff and their excellent customer service

They never have lobby open, but they're speed of service is pretty good. They don't tell you the price of your order when the employee with the tablet is standing to take orders in the drive-thru. But the food is satisfactory.

If they could just stop double dipping the french fries it would be the best. When the fries get the nasty dark color that's when its been double dipped and gives it a terrible taste. Always makes it hit or miss.

The drive thru is so fast I think they know what I want before I get there. Your staff is like a well oiled machine. From the one that took the order and money, cooks, one putting it together and the one handing it out the window. Hope they are never replaced by an I Pad self serve option. Your staff is faster. Give them a high five � for me. �
Only thing I would change is to have a menu sign before the speaker.

Why does this place always sneak in a drink upcharge without asking? This doesn't just occur occasionally, it happens all the time. Also, when i ask for a selection from your menu by number, why do they ask if i want the meal or just the sandwich? If i just wanted a cheeseburger i would ask for just a cheeseburger.

I was here this morning to apply employees here are very rude did not want to help me and i asked if she could show me how to apply on the computer they have in the lobby she walked to the computer and said is not workig i been here several times and is never workig i asked for a paper application but she said they dont have any her manager is azucena and i just feel they hqve very bad customer service and would not help me to apply

This McDonald's just lost 20 yrs of patronage to Whataburger because of their rude manager Roxanna. I asked to speak to the other manager Alexis and she would not let me. All I asked for was a hamburger happy meal 30 min before lunch so I can surprise my son at school who has lunch at 10:10.
