Good things and bad things about this place from my own personal experience. Atmosphere and food were classic Whataburger. Service I felt like I had to dock one star but really wish I could dock 1/2 a star. I first tried to go through the drive-thru. Although the signage says to use both drive-thrus, there was no one at the second drive-thru. The girl in front of me waited probably 5 minutes, got fed up, went around the corner and parked. After a couple of minutes, I did the same. Went inside to order (behind the girl who waited in front of me in the B line) and was greeted quickly. I had a coupon for a free Jr from the app. When it would not scan, the manager came over, and was extremely cordial. He had no idea why it was not scanning but he ended up just crediting me the Whataburger and told me to try it somewhere else another day. Awesome 👍. He definitely didn't have to do that, but probably could see I had the amp and I Whataburger account for years. This is the way to build a good reputation. Even if Chicago-owned, The flavor and customer service have not suffered.
My food was good and didn't have to wait long. I ordered on the app and picked up at curbside.

The best whataburger I have been to in a long time !!
1 am both lanes full , got our food super fast and done right and tastes great !!
Good job !!
I wish more could be this good !
The food is delicious but they took a little bit of time to make the food but I don't really blame them because it was a really long line
The cashier with orange hair was so sweet.. Bright smile... That took forever making my food but she was very firm with them to get the orders out correctly and quickly.. Thank you
Don't let the rating fool you. I had a very good meal. Service was good even with being VERY busy. Location was being painted, which is the star drop.
Terrianna is kind and understanding. The driver through was rough- was handed the wrong food and the person at the window was repeating herself as if she thought I didn't understand when she is the one who made the mistake. Really having a bad day and that made it even worse (she was wearing a different shirt than the rest so I'd assume she was a manager). I decided to park and come inside and Terrianna showed me the kindness I needed for the day. Thank you for your patience and understanding, Terrianna. You are why I will give this place a 5 star. That assumed-manager at the window- I'm sorry you were stressed, I am too. Be like Terrianna in her understanding and kindness.
One of the better for places to visit if you enjoy truly "made to order" restaurants. I the buffalo chicken strip sandwich. Fresh and hot with I got it. They always ask if I need anything else. Always friendly.
Fries were a bit cold but otherwise the service was much quicker than usual and with no mistakes.
