Two days in a row. Two different locations. The food sucks!! Both days I ordered combo #1 . Both days after 4 pm I’ve been given a cheeseburger that taste like they it made earlier in the day. The quality of your food has gone way down. Do better!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Waited 30 minutes for an online order. Didn’t even put cheese or chili on the CHILI CHEESE HOT DOG. No sauces were given and slushes were watered down. Manager said they would give me free mozzarella sticks for the inconvenience and gave me soggy tater tots.. 10 mins later. Every time I go to this location, which is not a lot, there is always something wrong or missing or a machine is down.

Broken screen to see the order. The lady taking my order couldn't hear me, and I could barely hear her. I had to yell each item at least twice before she could get it right, and when I asked her to read it back...I had to restart the order again because she didn't have it right. Once she read everything back correctly, we got the food and the order was still wrong. I cant say it was all her fault because of the busted menu and ordering system, but this was overall a frustrating and bad experience.

There’s a kid named Trystan who works as a cashier at this Sonic on Sycamore School Road, and he likes to steal from customers by not giving them their exact change back. Excuse is “we don’t have any dollar bills left” okay??? So give me the rest of my $3 in change in quarters? Also tossed our receipt in the trash, and only got it because we asked for it after waiting for our food for literally 20 minutes. I’m sure other employees are in on this scheme but I hope not.

Would give 0 stars if slowed!! Absolutely the worst sonic in the Dfw metroplex!! They are constantly getting drink orders wrong! Just today I went through the drive through and ordered 2 unsweet teas and get back with them being flavored and sweetened. They also can’t ever seem to have the app working (seems 5 out of every 7 days it’s down) while every other sonic around works fine. If you can avoid this sonic please do the are complexity incompotent with even the most basic order

It was not the best experience but I do not blame the team that was there. I blame the fact that it seems that these restaurants can't seem to get people to work there. And it's the fact that people just don't want to work. It's not the only place that I've visited that does not have a full staff. Besides the unfortunate experience, I applaud the people that WERE there.

This Sonic is good and they do have a drive-thru, But the only problem is that when they are packed upu wait in the line for a while and then it is finally your turn and when you are paying with your credit card sometimes they say they only take cash, and on the other hand this Sonic location is good and don't have much problems often when I come here but still a good Sonic location.

It’s 10AM and their still not open, only serving drinks! 3Hrs late opening. Whataburgers line is rapid around their building serving two lines next door.
