Sonic Drive-in

I love Sonic. Tonight I used the on line App to order. Won't do that again. Got there and checked in. I was asked what stall I was in. I had no clue. Could not see a number anywhere. Used find location on the App. It said stall 14. So I waited and waited and finally got my food. Turns out I was in stall 2. It would have been faster to drive up and order. I think the owner should make sure every stall number is clearly visible.maybe put it on the menu board. The app clearly does not tell you what stall you are in. Very dissatifsied with my first time using the App. I gave five stars because this issue was not the car hops or anyone else's fault. Bad App and very poor marking of the stall numbers.

Edited 3/19/23/ to upgrade service score. The current team is amazing! The managers are on top of it and the employees seem to be focused on quality, which I really appreciate! The food tastes ok. You get what you pay for. Service is a bit slow, but they're always short staffed. The issue is quality. An Oreo Blast should be mixed thoroughly through, but here, it's a cup of ice cream with some Oreos stirred in the top ⅓ of the cup. The food is always sloppy and looks like it's been smashed. We really only keep going back because it's convenient.

Took my tablet and my waifu to eat at Sonic yesterdee. Thought I’d find a table inside! There was no seating arrangement so we sat on the grill. It was all fun and games until me and waifu’ pants were grilled off! I ordered three party corn dogs and my waifu said she wasn’t hungry so she just took the grease. Thought I’d take her for dessert afterwards, but Shaniqua didn’t like that idea. Finally convince her to let us get dessert at Sonic by giving her a pint of queso. The ice cream was mid.

Sonic is the perfect location for a summer afternoon treat! My family love their blasts and sundaes. This one happens to be 10 minutes from our house - so it’s the one we visit most often. The staff is always super friendly and our order comes out fast and accurate. My only con for this location is they no longer use Texas Toast here for their grilled cheese. :(
