Went with my husband, who tends to feel overwhelmed when ordering and usually picks items randomly. Hazel provided amazing service! She patiently listened to his order, double-checked, and even brought the food to our car, ensuring everything was correct. Excellent customer service, and the food was hot and hit the spot!.

Been here at least 10 times. 100% of time , any dsy or night shift, employees here are the best. Don't lose a single one. The only Wendy's I go to. Thank you to all the workers here.

I love Wendys. The guy here was very nice to me and my food was delicious . I was excited to try Wendy's breakfast after so long. I loved the potato wedges 🤠

Fast friendly service. They were actually open at 11pm .So happy it was open, because it was the 3rd Wendys we went to tonight. All the others closed 2-3 hours earlier then posted on google and yelp .Thing is we get nuggets for my grandmothers cat. Thats is the only thing it will eat.

By far the best Wendy's I've been to in my life. They were nice, polite and more and more than that they didn't lie to my face like the last Wendy's I went too by my house in Dallas

Wendy's is ok to Eat but that 7-11 its all in one 7-11 sales old Fruit Products in the refrigerator area I got this today I'm never going back there again 🤮

Most of the fast food in Decatur isn't very good. Wendy's is the only franchise that hasn't given me bad food. Fries are always cold but they have no problem making fresh ones for you.

I'll let you be the judge...we ordered a large and came out with a medium or small 👎 but the food was good

I really like the interaction with the employees here. I have never had bad service. Normally the food comes out hot and fresh for fast food.
Tonight, though, the fries seemed to be leftover from the lunch rush. They were all stuck together and a little on the stale side. It won't stop us from swinging by this location though.
