Fast and friendly customer service. Dining area very clean! Turkey bacon club was made fresh and served fast! Love the bread!
This location has been decent over the years. I generally stop in when it's not busy. I get an original and I leave. I've never had a problem and mostly just take a seat while they prepare the food.
UPDATE 9/30/21
After contacting corporate and them talking to the store manager, he reached out to me and graciously offered to replace the entire meal. I went yesterday and got what I had originally ordered and everything was great! Thank Schlotzsky's!

I went to the drive thru on Saturday evening and whoever it was that was working was phenomenal! I want to say their name was Brittany but I’m not sure. This was hands down the best customer service I have had in ages!
Came in today to pick up some lunch. Nikki at the front counter couldn’t have been more friendly, nice and helpful. Her kindness turned the bad day I was having completely around. And the food was excellent too.
I havent been to a Schlotzky's yet that I dont like. They get 4 stars instead of 5 because they didnt have the brisket mac n cheese like the other stores.(2017 review)

I LOVE the Original and Deluxe Original so much that I order the LARGE sandwich. It is LARGE and DELICIOUS. I had a bad experience with GrubHub, but the polite and professional General Manager of this location made it right. THANK YOU!

Great place and awesome customer service. We were a bit confused trying to order the original sandwich that also has the same topping as the pizza. It was all yummy.
My order was prepared well and correctly. The sandwich had a lot of extra mustard on it making it very messy to eat in the car. Why was I eating in the car? Because the dining room is closed today and they do not have a sign on the front door indicating such. While sitting here eating my sandwich in
