Starbucks

Really love the folks. The line outside with long so I decided to go inside. There were a lot of people standing around but one by one I saw them all leave with smiles on their faces once they receive their products that they ordered. One of the things I observed was yes they were frustrated while they were waiting but once they got it what they ordered brought the child in them out. It's a beautiful sight. We take a lot for granted when we go into these places these things take time to make and they are being hit from all different directions I don't even know all the social media that they come in contact all day long to take orders by but I can assume it gets pretty crazy. I for one would not want to behind that counter under all that pressure to make everyone's individual drinks. So therefore I am extremely patient when I wait for whatever product I have ordered. Anyway I would like to throw a ticker tape parade hats off to all the workers and a shout out. You guys are the elves of the season to put a smile on many faces.🤗🙏👍🤟🥰

I go to this Starbucks pretty much daily before work or during lunch. And they’re always so amazing and so kind. Today I went through and I guess there was something wrong with my card. It kept declining even after I checked the app. The gentleman working the register gave me my drink free of charge! Made my whole day, especially since I have to call my bank now! Thank you to that gentleman! I’ll definitely be paying it forward!

Great job to the team this morning!! They were dealt a bad hand and ended up being super short staffed and handled it like the boss babes they are!!! I may have waited for my mobile order for 20 minutes but they were busting it and so sweet and apologetic. Definitely love this store and it’s people. And to everyone that was rude and hateful, they’re people too and sometimes you can’t help what you walk into when you go to work so show some compassion!!
