Hi fives to the late night crew early Wednesday 11/29! At 2:30 AM it is great to receive exceptional service provided by the person at the window who delivered fast, hot, and accurate food orders with courtesy and a great spirit. This person was able to work through a line of cars by solo with ease.
A homeless man walked in and walked up to the counter What looked like a manager looked up at him not saying a word I guess the homeless man said something I'm not sure and the "manager" started yelling security security. Very good Service...They don't rush you to order and they do everything with a smile and the food is as good as advertised go check them out best time for good fresh food is from 10:30am to 12:30pm.
Ordered ahead when I got there they had it ready fast and hot good job guys!
Overall I enjoy this place the biggest issue is sometimes it's good and sometimes it's trash...
The biggest thing is early morning can be a long wait time 30 minutes or more.
Fast service. Friendly staff. Not the best quality of food, but for speed and price, good deal. Lobby is closed late and drive thru can take a while.
Jennifer is awesome! Always has great customer service every single time we come here. We’re usually disappointed when it’s someone else at the window because we feel rushed and they’re normally not as nice. Keep up the good work Jennifer!
Drive thru woman working at 9:30pm on 12/6 did a great job. She made sure my food was hot and even though I had to wait for my order, she explained that fresh fries were on the way. Thank you! I will be a returning customer at this location.
