I love jack in the box but recently I ordered some tacos on the app and was given only half the amount I ordered. I should've checked the bag but I didn't notice till later. It was an honest mistake and the staff were friendly and respectful the entire time. I emailed jack in the box and they refund

The lady working this morning was so sweet and two nights ago the lady working drive thru then was so sweet to. I love this jack n a box. Never disappointed. Always a pleasant experience any time I come here. I drive from Haltom city just to come to this location. Management is doing something great

It was fresh and came so fast. There was a line of maybe 10 cars an I waited maybe 10 minutes tops. The only reason I'm not doing 5 stars is because when the Mexican lady is working I get horrible service.
Love everything about this place but I wonder why there's no dipping sauce, (ranch) given with the tiny tacos. I thought they came with it but every time I order it here, it's not provided
I went through the drive-thru since I was on lunch. Two of the items I ordered, they said they were out of, so I requested a salad. I went to the window to pay and they told me to go to the front and they'd bring it out. The salad was worth the wait though.
