Donna was our server and she was the friendliest server we've had for awhile. We ordered the cheese omelet with biscuits & grits. Delicious and generous
This morning was my 1st time to go. When pulling up in the parking lot there is an Oasis feel to it the parking lot. I arrived not too long after it opened and it was nice and clean and the staff was super friendly. It is decorated with angels the 10 commandments and some crosses. It has a very rel

The buffet on Sunday was amazing! Fried chicken, chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and cream gravy, green beans.....all as good as grandma make no lie! We paid $20 each and that would have been worth it even if we hadn't gone back for seconds! Service with a smile was amazing as well. Will de
This was my second time at Heavens gate and I'm still impressed. We did the buffet but you can also order from thier menu. The food is delicious and this restaurant will now become one of our favorites
We came in from out of town for my grandmothers funeral. This restaurant had the perfect name given our scenario and was close to the cemetery. The Staffing was extremely accommodating and we were able to get a private room in the back with a very short notice of a reservation. Most of our party t
I love Heaven’s Gate! The service is friendly and attentive. I personally think the food is delicious comfort food! I go about once a month with my niece and we love the weekend buffet! They have a good variety of veggies, nothing fancy, just good old fashioned corn, green beans, mashed or scall
Interesting place you have here. With a title of “Heaven’s Gate”, became skeptical about what we’d be getting into. Then we walked in and the decore is very religious, complete with the 10 commandments in the entry. Skepticism grew. We were seated right away and out waitress was amazing. Very attent
Outstanding Thanksgiving buffet...service...friendly service
Menudo was excellent, thick meaty bacon..waitress was slower on drink refills but it was crowded..only negative is the hostel style seating. I'd rather not sit with a group of 10 strangers. #covidaware
Was served chocolate lava cake there once, And it was great ! All the Ladies are Great. (Love those New Jeans)
Hidden gem 5 minutes from Historic Stockyards and Saginaw on North Main off 820 Main St exit. Fresh locally grown veggies and meat. Breakfast buffet Friday-Sunday. Daily lunch buffet starts at 11am or a la carte! Enjoyed the homemade meatloaf and steamed sweet potatoes.
Wow! If you come from a family that does Family Dinner on on Sunday's and you crave that home style food, Come here!!! The food was perfect! Just like grandma's house. Everything was amazing. Perfect comfort food. And the peach cobbler was rich, butter and all around amazing!
We enjoy coming to this place. Staff was a bit short staffed but they keep good options lile CFS, meatloaf, salad bar, pork chops and shredded pork and potatoes, fruit etc. Then pie included for dessert. My dad absolutely loves it so i enjoy coming with him.
Another good breakfast cafe to share. HEAVENS GATE. 60 years + old but remodeled a few years back. Very clean and homey felling. Before covid had breakfast and lunch buffet. Now just lunch. But they will cook you up a delicious fresh breakfast. Had 2 fluffy pancakes, 2 eggs cooked how I ordered, sau
Called the day before to book private room for breakfast for 35 people. The woman on the phone was so kind and accomodating. Service was great. Food was good, some dishes a little bland, but overall everyone found things they liked and left satisfied. Highlights were the fried pork chops and the men
My new favorite hole in the wall breakfast buffet. About a mile away from the Fort Worth Stockyards on the corner of North Main Street and 33rd Street. Breakfast and lunch buffet up till 3 p.m. Very friendly staff & nice clean restaurant.
Southern food on a buffet for $17.99 plus a drink. Fried chicken, meatloaf, baked chicken, pot roast, chicken fried steak, chicken fried chicken, green beans, corn, spinach, greens, salads and much more.
I had the buffet, it was okay. It's a buffet and certain temperatures of the food will be off. It wasn't terrible, I will order off of the menu next time. Our waitress was great.
