I ordered through the drive-thru and it was going to take a few minutes for the fish to cook so I asked if I could step over directly next door to pick up an item and then I would come back for my fish. I then went next door and grabbed a few items and on my way out I saw the employees looking out the window and a nice gentleman ran my food over to me, what great service that was!!! I'm sorry I was so elated about the service I forgot to get his name. The service date was 12/18/23 at 9:30pm, thanks to the nice lady at the drive thru too!☺️

The only Chicken 🍗 takeout/dine-in, in the 76179 zip that knows the meaning of customer service 🔑 The chicken 🐔 is crispy. I always ask for my 🍟 fries extra crispy I love the fries here. The manager is attentive and the staff is just like the tea, extra sweet and professional. 😎

i don’t know who is making yalls chicken now at this location but i love it nice and crispy and moist in the inside now not like the previous months and years which used to be soggy and undercooked which was very disappointing everytime. ive came in for lunch twice this week on Tuesday and Wednesday and it was great.

The young people that work at THIS chicken express are so pleasant. Quick, courteous, and friendly. Food is always good. If I ever have a problem there is Never any backlash about taking care of it. I love their tea!!!!
