Domino's Pizza used to be the BEST hands down, I would have always chosen them over pizza hut, or any other pizza joint any day of the season, but after yesterday, never again will "I EVER CHOOSE THEM"., I did an order online and the pizza tracker told me it would be no more than thirty to forty five min, I waited so long for my order I eventually got in my car and went to go get it, by the way, by this time I had already been waiting two hours, not to mention I had called and been placed on hold, and no one ever picked up the phone, when I finally got there the lady didn't even have the common courtsey to apologize, she just threw it on the delivery driver, and said "he's the only driver we have", so no one else has a driver's license š¤¦š¾āāļø, mind you there were 7 ppl in the building at that moment, worst place ever, Domino's you've lost a valued customerš if you look at the pictures you'll see how unappetizing my order was, I say the only good thing about what happened yesterday was that I did get my delivery fee and the tip backš¤·š¾āāļø

I ordered online for delivery yesterday and was told 20-30min. After 20 min the tracker said it was in āquality checkā so we waited until the 45min mark where it was still in quality check. I called the store several times and nobody would answer. After 2 HOURS, it said it was delivered, but it wasnāt. We never got our order. I called today and got a refund, but thereās no explanation for why I didnāt get my order or why nobody called like it said they would online if there was a problem. This isnāt the 1st time weāve had problems with this specific store, and will never order from this location again even though itās the closest to us.

I haven't been able to place an order at this location in 2 years. They took my money 2 hours ago and am told they are making the food really slow. So I cancelled since my order was going to be another hour out. My 30 minute lunch came and went a long time ago. I better get my refund!

Customer service is TERRIBLE!! I ordered a cheese large pizza and wings..how can you possibly mess that up!? I waited for 20min for my order just to be told that they gave me a medium cheese which was burnt and forgot to make my wings!?? š¤¦āāļø The clown at the window treated me like it was my fault my order was messed up giving me options!? Either wait ANOTHER 20min or just accept the burnt medium pizza! I told him my whole order was messed up he closes window in my face and gets his cleft lip manager which was of NO HELP! He too wasnāt trying to fix their mistake and trying to make me accept that burnt pizza! NO WONDER THEY HAVE LOW RATINGS! This place SUX! Needs to be shut down!

Since I canāt get negative I put 1 star. We ordered our food at 6:38 and they told us it would be an hour in a half after two hours we went to the store location where it ended up taking another thirty minutes of waiting on there. We waited a total of two and a half hours. While we were there, we witnessed an employee drop an order on the ground and pick it up and hand it to the customer at the drive through window. Us (3) and the other 4 ppl inside witnessed this and spoke up, but all employees inside ignored us. Th pizza wasnāt even made correctly. Weāre not from here and drove 9 hours and just wanted something quick and easy after that drive and received this horrible service.

I wish I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STARS FOR THIS!!! So this was a few months ago, and I've been looking for this address for awhile now. My mother was ordering from this Domino's and it was a hefty order due to a lot of guests and family being at the house at the time. During the call everything was good, but after waiting for an hour and realizing the order was cancelled my mom decided to call back. After a few minutes I hear my mom downstairs trying to calm down , because she was tearing up. Found out she got cursed out for no reason...NO REASON. Grown people like this disgusts me I hope they get what they deserve.

One of the absolute worst experiences I have ever had. Placed an online order and was told it would be about 45 mins to an hour. The tracker told me my food was on the way and then that it had been delivered however I had not received my delivery so after quite some time of trying to call the store I finally got through. Apparently my order had been cleared out or something because they couldnāt reach me. I guess my account had my old phone number on it and they couldnāt reach me to tell me the wait time had been extended so they cancelled my order, which is understandable. The lady on the phone told me that they would make the order and have it to me in 30 mins to 1 hour. Hour and half goes by with nothing so I call the store again and ask to speak to the manager. I explain the situation to him, he blames me for what went wrong, I acknowledge that the initial issue was my fault however it had been cleared up and I just want to know where my food is. He continues to speak over me and give me excuse after excuse while never giving me a clear answer as to where my food is. It had been 3 hours since I had placed my original order and I was incredibly frustrated at this point so I wasnāt speaking as polite as I usually do, so the manager that I was speaking to decided that the best way to make things better was to tell me that this wasnāt his fault and he would not send his driver to me because I was rude and then he proceeded to hangup on me. I called back, spoke to a gentlemen who informed me that the manager had just stepped out which I find insane that a manager would leave a store when theyāre clearly backed up, he also told me that they had no more delivery drivers for the night and I could come pick up my order if I wanted to (I canāt because Iām at work). I asked him for the managers name but he said there were multiple managers there and he wasnāt sure who I talked to which is also weird considering he told me that the manager I had just spoken to had stepped out. Regardless of what happened, this was absolutely insane and the worst experience I have ever had ordering food. The manager who I spoke to has no business managing anything and after looking at the other reviews, Iām clearly not the only person that has had this issue.

THE WORST, RUDEST, MOST INCONSIDERATE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET! I placed an order the night before I was entertaining so lunch would arrive about 15 minutes before my guest. When I checked the online tracker 5 minutes after the food was to arrive, it showed the delivery complete. When I called the restaurant, the guy (who sounded very mature, not a teen) said "I have no drivers, you'll have to come pick it up. I tried to call you twice." I checked my phone - no call was made. When I said "okay, I'll come and get it but what about the $5.24 tip I put on my credit card for the driver?", he said "I'll cancel the order. Goodbye." and hung up!! HOW RUDE! And he left me with no lunch for my guest!! I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS DOMINOS EVER AGAIN. This place does not need to be in existence if they are not going to serve the needs of the community.
UPDATE: The owner said to email so they could help...NOT! To date, they have not addressed this. No surprise.
