They should shut this location down. I don't speak Spanish nor do I want to hear all the employee's speaking spanish, maybe at the Northside location, not this one.
Ordered two teriyaki bowls and the cluck sandwich got home which is 15 minutes away and the chicken on my cluck sandwich was harder than a piece of balsa wood, it was unbelievable like it was cooked twice on purpose. Usually I would just throw it in the trash and make a sandwich, this time I drove back and asked the associate if she would eat this wood sandwich.. Sandwich was replaced, That's called responsibility.
Good customer service would be apologizing profusely, replacing my sandwich and now cold fries and offering a refund.

Let's go ahead and add insult to injury, this was the color of the broccoli on the teriyaki bowls when I got home a second time with my sandwich.

Really bad customer service. We have been to this place for 3 times and every single time the cashier provided unnecessarily late, very poor service. First, they always have their both front-back doors closed, even though the online ordering app shows “at the counter” carryout option. First time they opened the door when we had to knock, this time the cashier guy was so rude, did not open the door even after knocking multiple times and waiting 5 mins on the door, he even never looked back and pretended he is not seeing us wait. Then we had to go back on the driveway and wait 15 mins while our order was to pick up from counter.
Very cold behavior from cashiers every time and they work super slow. Never coming back, and wish never came to ruin our Sunday’s good mood.

I will go straight to the point. I found a long dark colored hair in my food today. So disgusting. The girl working today (June 23, 2022 between 6pm and 7pm) had a very loose ponytail and her hair was waving everywhere with no hair net. I thought it was basic sanitation to cover loose hair. I hope the owner can look back in the cameras and see how loose her ponytail was.

We ordered online via App and selected the option to pick up from the counter, not the drive through. When we went there to pick it up, we found the doors are locked and the employee told us to go through the drive-through which was super busy. If this store is only drive through then you should update the your app. And this location is always understaffed. It always takes at least an hour to get the food. The poor employee burned his hand but still serving when I was getting food. Felt really bad for him.

Contrary to the big sign right by the front door that states that the dining room is open, it is not. Depending on which manager is there, the dining room may be closed. And they will ignore you if you knock on it even if it is doing business hours. Me having a small child that is something that is very frustrating for me, as it is easier for us to just eat somewhere close to a potty for easy cleanup of hands and face. When I am able to dine in here they are always very quick to just walk off in the middle of you talking to them, even if it is to ask for something such as a cup of water or ketchup. The food is great, it just takes forever for them to get it out to you. Granted they may be short staffed, and I understand that, that does not mean that you get to decide when you're dining room is closed or walk off when a customer is talking to you. But the food is always good and fresh most of the time.

I was told from drive thru. That we are backed up and we don't know how long it will be before we take your order. I was the only one in the drive thru at the time. I asked how long is the wait? Nobody responded so I pull to the window. I stayed at the window 20 mins without being acknowledged. I saw 2 customers in dining area. (Horrible service) Can't get in touch with a manager because the phone stays busy. Jack is not hopping out a Box here.

It seems like EVERYTIME we visit this location they have technical issues, short staff, long wait etc. It was 9:40 (20 minutes before closing) and their register was down. We love Jack but definitely not this location. Such a nice location, what a waste.
