Jack In The Box

They have always had every menu item we've always ordered. Other locations usually DON'T and do not offer any comps. I know it's up to the supervisor on shift but having experience in the fast food industry you should always comp an item that the store is out of to your customers

We drive to this location from deep in aledo, the last time we were here this girl in drive thru had zero manors or communication skills. But tonight 9/6/23 @ 8:22pm the two girls that were working the drive thru and the front were extremely kind, professional and had excellent communication skills, that's the kind of people you need and want working at your store. Those are the kinds of people that keep you coming back again and again. Now from a longtime manager and project managers standpoint if you were smart I would make sure you keep those two girls working and hire more people like them, do some better hiring screening ya know. The names were damaly and Dylan, thise two girls are amazing! Superb costumer service, food was made the correct way which is extremely important. I will be back ONLY because of these two ladies order# 178 and Order# 3806 if that helps, great help like these two young ladies is hard to find and come across these days so I wanted to make sure they get credit for there great customer service. Jack in the box managers, hold onto these ladies, take care of these ladies, especially with the recent reviews I've read these two couod turn that around.

Our food order was correct and made to order. My fries were a bit to salty, but other than that it was great.

The place is what it is, it's no 4 or 5 star dining place but it's adequate for getting some fast food. What gets me is the management...depends on the day of the week...they are either nice or just in a bad mood?? As well as some of the other staff too, I work in the food & beverage buisness for the past 42 years now and I have seen it all...even been a manager as well. And yes it can be stressful at times but one should always try and keep a positive attitude....even if it's near impossible.
