The lady here was so nice!! They were about to close and she gave us a free pretzel! Super nice customer service. Everything else might be closing inside Ridgmar Mall but this place is still good

Their pretzel recipe is really really good and I look forward to going to the mall mostly because of Anne's, it is one of my most favorited snack shacks
Loved how they made the pretzels. I was not ok with the fact that if you have more then one bag you have to try to juggle it. Invest in plastic bags to put the brown bags in. Otherwise great and fast service.

This place was awesome! They were super friendly and gave us all fresh pretzels! As well a free lemon iced tea that we didn't even ask for! I highly recommend this auntie Anne's location!
