The fried chicken is pretty good (well seasoned), the greens as well were ok… smothered pork chops were a little bland for my taste and the candied yams and mac and cheese were both pretty plan but all in all it was ok.
Very good food. The chicken fried steak was juicy and delicious. The mashed potatoes were very good. The staff were very good, however, it was apparent they were short staffed. Will definitely eat here again and highly recommend for others that want very yummy fried food.
Good lord!!!! First time here today and i love it! What gem hidden in my neighborhood!! The staff are super friendly and attentive. Cozy atmosphere and light jazz music to help calm the mind and good food to warm the soul. They cant hide from me anymore ill be coming here regularly now! Recommend 1

This place was recommended from a co-worker who has gone for years... I measure any new (to me) place on their Chicken Fried Steak and their portions are HUGE! You get two or three pieces based in your choice of plate. The breading is perfect (flour-based)... Nice and tender Steak. No complaint
