I will try to avoid this location. Twice now, they put 'cheese on my breakfast biscuit, when I specifically ordered it without. Also, I got no change, even when I pointedly asked for it. The guy just laughed, and shut the window of the drive-thru. At the end of a shift, the overage in the register adds up to a nice 'bonus'. Manager, take note. Review security video. If you just HAVE to go here, use exact change.

Whoever the manager is for this location needs to SERIOUSLY train their employees! Poor professionalism and customer service! I ordered through the drive thru, once I got to the window to pay, I apologized regrettably for forgetting to add something to my order...and asked if I could add to my existing order before I paid. The young man at the window asked the young lady working with him to add the item; and she yelled at him..."if I don't see it, I ain't making it. If you did your job, you wouldn't have to ask me $hi**". Now if she was the manager...SHAME on her!

Normally I just leave places if I sense a bad attitude from the staff. Today I went ahead and ordered anyway and got a raw chicken nugget and you know the burger is greasy if the top of the bun is oily! Now my stomach hurt stomach thought I'd let yall know to visit this place at your own risk. No receipt was given to prove the transaction so next time I'll just eat air lol

I really don't recommend this location if you feel like staying in the drive thru line for forever. Staff doesn't seem to care to move the line quickly clearly. Even if there's only 1 or 2 cars ahead of me gives you no excuse to not take my order and just ignore your customers in the drive thru. I'll happily drive 5 more minutes to your other location with better customer service.
