Food was very inexpensive and tasty for the price. Not Gourmet or fancy by any stretch, so don't expect anything dressy. It's canned food with fresh ingredients made into nice Sandwiches for an affordable price and with quick service so you can get back to work or shopping or whatever. 2 "skinny" Sandwiches with Smoothie drinks was around $16 on March 11, 2017. A fancy salad bar could cost that much for 1 small salad. So, again, inexpensive, fast, and simple sandwiches is what they offer and that is what you get.

Very accommodating, convenient, and fast.

I had the skinny size BLT it was delicious. And, very filling. They toasted it.. yum! My husband had The Wreck, he has had it several times and loves it. All in all, we had two sandwiches, chips and sodas all around $20. Considering how much food we got it was a good deal. Highly recommend it.

I love the sandwiches here! The service needs adjusting. Since COVID-19 the staff seems a bit rude and at times easily flustered. The staffs listening skills could also use some focus. My last visit the young lady added ingredients I did not ask for.

I favor the BLTA, it's a BLT with Avocado. I also like the Veggie Melt and the Ham and Swiss (I get mine with cheddar). They have some good turkey as well. I'm sure you can find something to your liking.

I am a potbelly's fan! I absolutely love going because of the atmosphere, food, and service. The broccoli cheddar soup I ordered today was absolutely disgusting. It was watery, greasy, and warm. I know when I usually get the broccoli cheddar soup at the Hurst location it is creamy, fresh and, hot!! It was an absolute disappointment. I hope this isn't how the food always is.
