Review Sonic Drive-in - Fort Worth

My milk shake was great, but it started going down hill from there. The cheeseburger was mediocre. The car hop didn't bring catsup. The location was not very busy so that wasn't an excuse. In fact they were pretty fast. I wouldn't have minded a little slower service and tastier food.

Drinks were amazing as always. Order jalapeno poppers and they tasted like the oil was very very old ate 2 tossed the rest. Car hop was very nice

The last time i Ordered food ising doordash, this location gave me the wrong order and left out items, other than that they are good

As always, Sonic delivered excellent service, friendly staff and carhops, and fantastic food, especially considering it's a fast food place. I ordered a combo Sonic cheeseburger with bacon added, which comes with an order of fries or tater tots, and a medium drink. What's great is that if you don't feel like having soda, you can order any flavor of limeade, any flavor of slush, any flavor of any drink, including milkshakes! This location was well- landscaped, very clean, and in a excellent location right off of I-20 in Willow Park just before you get to Weatherford off of exit 418. It's a great place to stop when you're traveling to or from Dallas from Abilene or any town in between. I will definitely return to this Sonic in the future on my trips to the Metroplex. I definitely recommend visiting this Sonic drive-thru when you're in the area and need a snack or a meal or just a nice cold drink. One other excellent thing about Sonic ... any location... Is that if you like the ice that they use in their drinks, which are little teeny tiny balls of ice, you can order a large bag of it to take home for only $2 or so. They've got the greatest ice! They also have the number one best hamburgers out of all name brand popular fast food restaurants!

Updating my review. Two years ago I posted about how the wait times here are often ridiculously long. Since then they have greatly improved the time it takes to get your order to you. The wait staff is super nice and courteous, and they do a great job getting your order right the first time.

Neat modern looking Sonic. The place was packed, but we were still served quickly. The blasts were a bit empty compared to other locations, though.

Stop to get jr burgers all the time because there for a good price but it seems all the sonics jr bread is not freash.

I can not stand this Sonic! They always get your order wrong. Food is luke warm. And tonight.. we literally had chunk of hair in our cheese fries. Not just one... But at least 4 twisted in a fry. Horrible customer service and the manager was extremely rude when I called about our order. Never coming back!!!!! I will drive out of my way to go to any other Sonic!!!

I'm really disappointed tonight. Both blasts are wrong. We ordered a large snickers blast with a Carmel funnel and a large Oreo blast. Both of them were mixed up, combined them both together. Almost as if they made half Oreo and half snickers for both of them. Very upsetting when one only likes one way and the other one likes another way. Please pay attention to your orders.

Horrible experience this evening! Waited 21 minutes from time of order to receiving food. I sat at the window for most of that time and watched tray after tray go out to parked cars. I knocked on the window, waved at employees, and called the phone number for an update - I was entirely ignored. My food was placed by the window and the employee walked away. 3 minutes later someone finally came back and handed it to me. They tried to charge me twice since it had been so long between when I had paid and when the food was handed to me. When I asked about the delay, I was ignored. I called the number again to leave another voicemail and someone answered. I talked to the "manager" who spent the entire phone call arguing with me and telling me that it was just the new special backing everything up. I asked her to explain how the new special kept my food at the window, allowed parked cars to arrive/order/receive food/drive off while I waited at the window, or contributed to my being ignored. She continued to argue. I'm still curious how the cheeseburgers and onion rings they always cook are now such a problem to make. Awful experience!

Got a "fresh banana shake" and the bottom was full of black rotten banana pieces. It made me vomit!! I took pics and will try to post them.

This location consistently has the worst service of any Sonic I've been to. The drive-thru takes at least 15-20 minutes any time of day, whether ordering a meal or drinks only. The employees as well as management don't care to help or address any issue they are presented with. All they have to say is "it wasn't me" or just stand and stare with mouths agape. Poor customer service over and over... despite its convenient location

Worst Sonic ever, service is slow, drinks aren't blended & orders are wrong. I called the manager once to complain & was hung up on.
