Church's Texas Chicken

The chicken tasted warm over and very dry. We asked for French fries and coleslaw and received French fries and mashed potatoes we purchased a large iced tea and a medium tea. Both were like dished water . When we poured it out a very light in color. I love Churches chicken. Been eating it for about 50 years. If we had lived closer we would have returned it. When we go to Fort worth we usually bring home in the country. I really feel you should check out this location .

Do not even waste your time coming here. The staff truly does not want to work and cannot be bothered to even speak up over the speaker. They ignored me for about 7 mins before attempting to take my order. I could barely hear the girl over the speaker, but she told me it would be 35 minutes for chicken tenders, I asked “for tenders are you sure?” And she said “never mind we have them” I was struggling so bad to hear her I asked if I could come to the window to complete my order. They completely ignored me at the window when I pulled up, I ended up just leaving. Worst customer service I have ever had in my life.

This is my local Church’s and always have to go to a different one to order. They don’t have half of the things on the menu ready or all out of it and if so it’s cold and nasty. Needs new management and franchise owner. I’ve tried to give them many chances. I’m done with this place. Good luck to the rest of the customers. Hope your experience goes well.
