Second time eating at Jersey Mike's, first time at this location. Loved the Big Kahuna last time, so I figured I should try a cold sub. They were so helpful in explaining the menu for my mom who's never been to Jersey Mike's before, and wonderful with my two year old, which is never expected but always appreciated. It seemed as though a couple employees were somewhat new but both they and the employee teaching them were great.
Food is great but this location is very busy at lunch time and unfortunately you can expect a bit of a wait when you walk in because online orders are placed in line with in-person patrons instead of prepared in a seperate area. IMO if I took the time to walk in my sandwich should not be sitting in
Ken and the rest of the staff were great. They are welcoming, kind, and good at their jobs. The restaurant was very clean as well. I’ll definitely come back to this location.
We’ve been going to this Jersey Mikes for about 4 years and it’s only let us down with anything about once. Very nice location, staff is always very very nice and friendly, food is fresher than fresh, rarely gets crowded. 10/10
Always great sub but took team behind counter a good five minutes to stop talking and help us. Always the neat added to sandwich was less than I expect..
I do wish one of these would open closer to my home Northlake TX
i order delivery from here multiple times a week solely due to how good the subs and brownies are lol. the employees are so sweet and i have never had any issues when ordering from here. keep up the good work y'all! ❤️

Sorry, I came and will never go back! I arrived to a restaurant that was almost empty of guests and was the first one to order. I place my order and the worker puts mayo on one slice of bread and just stops and stares into space and then 5 minutes and the cashier starts taking about 7 orders after
I think they're getting to know me by name now. I normally eat there at least once or twice a month.
Went into location & they were AMAZING in every aspect!!! Great personalities from the staff, friendly and welcoming & knowledgeable. Very quick, accurate, & delicious sandwiches while multitasking with online orders. Thanks for being incredible alliance team :)
To the person who left a bad review because of an early close, the poor woman’s husband was in the hospital. I remember hearing her cry and having to run out when I was there. Maybe think before posting what you don’t know about. Everyone in this location is amazing!
