Had me and my family sitting in curbside waiting for a mobile order for about 20 minutes. They had customers but not super busy. All my mobile order contained was a 4 piece happy and med fries. After calling the store to ask about my order, they actually made it right. The food was fresh, our daughters 4 piece upgraded to a 6, and a free apple pie!! Thanks guys! This is the service we’ve been missing since Covid!
I got a $3.50 bundle double cheeseburger and fries and a medium coke at the drive thru. Service was fast but when I gave my card to the guy at the first window to pay, he didn't even make eye contact when handing it back to me. Fries were hot and crispy and tasted great. Coke had flavor and just the right amount of fizz. Burger was ok.
Very nice drive thru a bit busy but my order was hot and fast and everything is ordered was in the bag … overall good service
It's a McDonald's. Everything went smoothly, we received what we ordered. It was drive- thru, and ketchup was oozing out of my burger, almost dripped on my carseat. It was good, exactly what was ordered, so no worries here.
I visit this McDonald's pretty regularly, and not once have I had to wait more than 5 minutes in the line. They're fast, the food is always fresh, and maybe twice they've made a mistake, but nothing disastrous—remove a topping and it's good to go!
I've had it delivered several times as well! Same exact experience and care.
Every month or so, I encounter an employee who isn't the best, but they're always clearly new and their mistakes aren't a problem per se, they just don't have a rhythm yet.
Overall, very good experience! Recommend this particular location highly!
I bought breakfast today for myself and my friend. I ordered and paid on the app, then picked it up at the counter. Strange thing the hash browns tasted like the grease was old. You know that sharp feeling you get in your throat when grease is old..? Well it's prolly like a day or so over due time to drain the vats and put new vegetable oil in.
One other time, I ordered two muffins with egg cheese and ham and there was no ham on either one.
Hey manager. You gotta make sure all crew members stay on top of their game. That's your responsibility.
The first time I've been to McDonalds and the fish fillet was perfect. And it wasnt smashed. Inside was clean. Parking lot was clear of trash and debris.
Not a lot of room in the lobby area and it's cramped at the drink fountain compared to other locations. Service is great with friendly staff. Food is hot and tasty.
I was having trouble with my debit card the manager at this location gave me the food at no charge because they had already made it most places throw it away I was just so touched by her generosity and kindness to me and my granddaughter.
It is McDonalds. Kid gave me the wrong sandwich. Had to go through the drive through again. Very friendly. Easy mistake. Food was good.
