We went through the drive through. Service is great. Food tastes good. Love the sauce. The one thing we don't like is that they don't put much meat in the tacos and burritos. The burritos are more flat like a quesadilla. That makes the value go down a bit for me.

The food was good but the wait was rather long. They were training a new employee but it was still a long wait. I will still go here because I like the food and the people are always friendly. Hopefully it will speed back up again and still have the quality as well.

The general manager on Monday July 3rd, outstanding. Easily a frustrating situation because there was nothing fast or convenient about this visit, since HE WAS THE ONLY PERSON WORKING... But he was doing a wonderful efficient job and trying to keep a positive attitude.
General manager or not, where were people, even just one, to help him out??! I just happened to ask if he was there doing everything so I was understanding, but not everyone else was. No offense but the crazy construction that was going on for so long is finished and this location is now close to a major hub and could be a great spot since very few other places are around.
I'm a nurse, and I depend on my Bueno fix regularly. But I personally wouldn't hang around a job with this lack of support. Kudos to THE ONE EMPLOYEE working today.

Everytime I visit this location I'm always welcomed to friendly staff and smiles! The food is amazing and prepared with care. Honestly this general manager is just amazing and I can tell he treats his staff well because they all seem more than happy to be apart of this establishment! I feel like a real food critique, but its the truth... especially when you've had a bad or busy day, a smile and great customer service goes a long ways!!! Thank You Team @ Taco Bueno 🌮 😋

Today was my first time to ever eat at a Taco Bueno, and it was one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had at fast food chain!!!
When I initially walked to the counter there was no one there. However, once I was spotted someone immediately acknowledged I was standing there. And further communicated to me help would be there shortly.
LEWIS(new manager) waited on me. He was quick to apologize for no one being there to greet me, and introduced himself by name and title! He was sure to let me know by me being a FEDEX worker I would receive a discount!
The food was WONDERFUL!!! The customer service was WONDERFUL! And I will definitely be coming back to TACO BUENO!!!!

Food is good, drive through attendant was nice but my order took several attempts to get right. My bean burrito had beef for some reason. Maybe it's my accent or the fact that i explicitly said no beef and they heard beef and got confused. My 6 crunchy tacos became one large taco, not sure where the other 5 went initially but it got fixed. .. overall too much effort for 6 tacos and one burrito

The food and service at this Taco Bueno is always fantastic. I have been going to Taco Bueno's for over 30 years and while the food seems to be not as fresh at some locations, that is never the case here. Always hot and top notch.

This place was just fine before, but they are really doing some good things now! Multiple specials, great customer service, and the food quality is solid. Also currently offering 10% discount if you work in the area.
