Wonderful sushi. It can add up $$ but very much worth it. All the fish was very tender. The daily specials were creative and yummy. We had to wait 45 minutes, but that was also worth it.

It was my first time at Hatsuyuki and first time in Texas. My friend took me to this spot and staff there was warm and welcoming, like many of the Texan locals I met. Food was delicious and priced well compared to New York. If/when I return to Fort Worth, I will definitely return to Hatsuyuki!

(Nov 2023) never disappoints. Worth the wait…but oof it was a long wait lol got there at 6:20pm on a Friday and was quoted for an hour and 20 min. They take your phone number and will call you. We decided to just wait in the restaurant instead of going out somewhere else while we waited. Got seated
