Ok I hate to give this place not a 5 star rating but I am watching two employees talk and have a very intense conversation and 1 person working. He taking orders and making the sandwiches. He did warn me that there were several sandwiches ahead of me and I honestly I am okay with waiting! But feeling bad that he is the only one working. I have been to this location several times and it’s never fast, but always good!!! So will Be back! I was in the drive through with a car In front of me and waited five min and thought going in might be faster. I pulled around order and the guy that was in the drive through just walked in. No one ever answered or acknowledge him on speaker. I can hear him and GF talking about… It’s the only reason I am writing a review, NOT to complain but to acknowledge his hard work!!! The lady did eventually jump in and was diaper sweet to let me try a hot pepper! Anyways- not complaining acknowledging his hard work!!!!

I've been coming here off/on for years, while the staff changes, the store hardly ever does. The interior is usually quite clean, and the staff do a good job of it. The food has been appropriately tasty and filling! I always order the same sandwich myself, and get it the same way every time. I only reminisce about the missing sprouts the chain used to put on their sandwiches, but understand that change, as they only last a day before needing to get tossed from spoiling... but that was years ago. About my only REAL complaint is that JJ's site says that delivery does not come out my way, and I'm less than 3 miles from this place, but I put that blame on Corporate.

Despite other people's negative reviews I've not had any issues with the food or employees at any of the locations that I've been at for these past few years, the employees are always nice knowledgeable and respectful if I can only rate my experience with 100 stars I would keep up the good work and food... Thank you all for a wonderful and great experience for me and my family...
