I disagree with the one star ratings for this location. My experience was actually quite pleasant! Perhaps it’s because I was the very first in line before lunch crowd hit, but I’m pretty sure it’s also because the staff at this location were great :)

Went from a 1 star - 5 star because the GM Michelle personally called me offered to refund me (which she did) and give me anything on the menu to "make things right" ( I just replaced my drink and 4 sliders). Was a blessing, and that is great leadership.

Went through the drive thru to grab a couple of roast beef sandwiches with a 2 for $4 coupon. By the time I left, the hilarious and awesome gentleman working the speaker had talked me into a shake and a cookie. Corporate should do whatever they can to hold on to a gem like that. Customer service was good and the food was as expected but unfortunately for them their truck hasn't been coming and their supplies were very low they did not have a lot of things on the menu if you don't have a lot of things on the menu maybe you shouldn't even open business that day

I wish they would take American Express but otherwise can find no fault with this Arby's location. Great service and always friendly. Orders are accurate and the food is always good. I know it's fast food but even the presentation is good. Not just thrown together. Really glad they opened this spot.
