Great customer service and food is always good because you clearly can see the fresh ingredients and select your own choices of ingredients/add ons! Waiter was extremely nice and helpful! I recommend this place and would visit again!

Our server Alex was awesome! Kept our drink refills coming. Recommended a local place to see Christmas Lights that had taken his kids to see. Very upbeat & pleasant at the North Fort Worth location for dine in lunch!

Such a great experience here from Kelly the waitress, to the lady Cook and Alex at the Bar! Got a to meet the general manager and he was AWESOME. I can't wait to come back!!

It’s been about 18 YEARS 👀 since I’ve been here, and it has been a pleasant experience. Kelly has been a phenomenal waitress and Alex has been a great host as well. I got the Mean N Green (Vegan) and had to double take because I thought it was actual chicken, but it wasn’t! Very very good entree and the atmosphere was so pleasant!

Stopped in here for the first time yesterday and decided to order off the menu rather than "build your own bowl" to see what they offered. We ordered the Chicken Potstickers, Chicken Fried Rice with Pineapple, and Beef Broccoli on Fried Rice. It is essentially hibachi and it was delicious! We will go back and join their rewards program to work towards a free bowl. Checked out the ingredients offered for the "build your own bowl" and they had many fresh, tasty ingredients available.

Great place we loved the food and Alecia was very patient with our large family. Our orders we correct and the kids had the best time. We created our own bowls and it was great.

If you’ve never eaten at a Mongolian style grill, you really can’t go wrong. You start off with a bowl and go to the line. It’s set up like a buffet style service area. You pick your proteins, then veggies, then seasonings, then your sauce goes on the side. You will also have a choice of adding rice or noodles, and an egg. They cook it all right there in front of you so it comes out hot and fresh.
This location was good. When we went it was early dinner so they weren’t busy at all. I don’t have anything negative to say about this location. Only gave four stars because they didn’t go over the top on anything.

WOW! I love genghis, we come here at least once a week! When i say phenomenal food, I mean PHENOMENAL. Their chef’s know how to cook your food choice just right. Staff is friendly and helpful, and Jenny especially is an absolute treasure. Love the Genghis!

This was my first visit and it was a memorable experience. All the meat, fruit, and vegetables we're very fresh. They have an amazing selection of sauces that are very tasty. It is well worth the money. We also had an amazing server by the name of Dawson. This individual made sure we felt at home. This individual went above and beyond regular type of service. This is one of the main reason why I rated it 5 stars. The service and the cooks are impeccable and so is the food. This is our new hotspot and we will continue to come here as long as the food continues to taste great and the service continues to be hospitable. Happy eating
