Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

My family went on Friday night. We were there for almost an hour and had not gotten our appetizer or our drinks. The manager along with our waitress came out to inform us that there had been an electrical serge in the kitchen, therefore our order had not been put through and they had just noticed it. For this mistake, the manager was going to comp out meal. That is exactly what he did. What could have been a really bad evening, was made right by the manager. This all came about after I had been complaining about no one has any customer service practices with any establishment! Thanks for correcting my thoughts!!!

Loved this Cheddar's restaurant in Lake Worth as much as the one in Weatherford! Our server Chanda was top notch! She did confess it was her first day! Food was delicious. My friend and I each had a steak. It was perfect! We also ordered 2 appetizers: spinach dip and tortilla chips and questions and tortilla chips. Our drinks were raspberry tea and mango tea. Also great tasting!

I highly prefer this location over the Alliance Town Center location. The staff is friendly. And to me, the food is just made better here. This is one of the newer locations in the area so the place just feels a little more updated. If you’re looking for a meal suggestion. You can’t go wrong with the Chicken strips and fries. Always a solid choice!

First thing: server..Noemi M Above a 5 on their rating system. She was everything and more. Personable, attention to detail and quick to respond. Arrived at 3:15 pm on a busy Sunday. Food arrived timely and was delicious....Dijon chicken with mushrooms and Blackened shrimp with penne pasta and Alfredo sauce. I am partial to their side of broccoli rice casserole....always yummy. We spoke with the manager and expressed our appreciation. He has a busy operation and his team is on top of things. Thank you to everyone. Noemi, you are a jewel.

Absolutely love this restaurant! Been to it many times. The DELICIOUS FOOD is consistent and the staff is so nicely dressed and kind! Not to mention the margaritas are the amazing! Even my friend caught a buzz, and she hardly ever does. LoL Good job Cheddar's! Still one of my top favorite restaurants. It is a little pricey, but what isn't now a days. Totally worth it!
