Amazing place to enjoy cheesy Italian goodness! Vegetarian options are good. Salad and soup are absolutely delicious. Breadsticks are perfect compliments to soup.
Mint treats are all-time favs!
Recently had a bad service experience which is why the 2star on service. The waiter had no idea on what came with the entree and confused us. Made us wait for the soup till the end and finally we canceled it.
Very nice Olive Garden with a great attentive staff. Y’all already know the breadsticks were good…but so was everything else! Great place to have a nice meal with your friends and family.
Abi was our waitress, and I would just like to say that she was the most delightful personality to deal with. She gave us everything we wanted for my birthday and was very communicative. And social and our service was out of this world... then later the manager came to check on us by the name of Patricia Gomez, and I realized why her help Abi was so professional because Patricia Gomez was a delight and answering all our questions and concerns. I highly recommend for your special occasions or any other occasion to eat at the Olive Garden store number 1846.
The food was delicious as usual per this location…however, the service was outstanding. I very much enjoy watching the interaction of servers with customers. I had the opportunity to watch one particular server (bar area) as she dealt very graciously with a particular table voicing (quite loudly) their dissatisfaction with their order. She effectively calmed them down and immediately resolved their issues with an added bonus that made them exceedingly happy. I thought to myself that the metaphor is right… the loudest problems receive the most attention. In spite of the small disruption, the atmosphere was positive, the food was exceptional, and the service was OUTSTANDING! Olive Garden… you are doing it all very well! I’m impressed.
Dinner was good, service was good…. Typically when I order soup salad and breadsticks we get our bread and salad then little later get the soup, not all brought at once which made us feel as if we were being rushed to eat and go, other than that everything was good.
This particular olive garden was very clean even though they had a packed house. Our server was amazing. I all ways get the soup and salad and the wife got the chicken Alfredo hers pasta has hard and suace was a bit broke but the service made up for it.
We went about 4:00 pm to beat the crowd and was told our wait time was 25 minutes. We were sat within 10 minutes. The food was delicious and perfect. Our server was friendly and attentive to our needs. I felt she went above expectations to make our experience a good one. The mango strawberry iced tea is delicious and refreshing. The zepoli dessert is now called warm Italian donuts.....it's a must try! Comes with raspberry and chocolate dipping sauces....but we like the chocolate.
Our experience here at The Alliance location with Ryan was wonderful from start to finish!!! He was not only personable but very professional and accommodating. We will definitely be back to see him!

We had lunch today and everything was delicious. Our server Natalie was outstanding and we were impressed with our visit today.
We would recommend this location without reservation!

The Management was swift to take notice of the problem and we will go back for another dinner. We continue to be great fans of Olive Garden.
I am a great fan of Olive Garden. But my experience on Tuesday was very disappointing. The spaghetti with meat sauce was very watery and the salad was the same. Not sure what happened but the quality of the food was not up to par. I have not been in a while so maybe this is what is being served now.

The restaurant was busy but there was only a 15 min wait. We waited in the bar. The bartender was attentive and had some great drink suggestions. Our server at the table brought the food quickly. It was hot and exactly as ordered. Overall a good experience. We will be back.
