Beacon Cafe And Coffee House

It was pleasant going in this restaurant for breakfast. This was a better experience than going to other major restaurant chains that serve breakfast. I had the 6oz ribye and eggs breakfast. The food came out hot, which was awesome to have. Only had one small issue and that the ribeye was cooked under my requested temp, but they were more than willing to retire it and verified with me on the second go around that is was cooked to perfection. The wait staff were very pleasant. I would recommend going here. You will get your money's worth. I definitely will be going back to give other meals a try.

Pancakes were good, as was the bacon. Eggs tasted like they were made from powder or something, not fresh and hash browns had no flavor and were served somewhat cold. Staff was friendly and quick. Wasn't the best breakfast place to hit but it wasn't the worst. Average at best for the two times we have gone for breakfast and lunch. I would say try it if you are wanting to try a new place but not over other places where the food is much better tasting for the money. 3 stars for the overall review 1 star added for the customer service.

I want to brag on this little gem I ate at today-the Beacon Cafe on Beach! We went for breakfast and ordered the Beacon Breakfast which was your typical American breakfast-2 eggs your way, sausage/bacon, potatoes/hashbrowns, and a piece of toast/biscuit. My MIL got the French toast with bacon and it was thick, golden, and delicious. Everything was cooked to perfection and seasoned well. Super cute place with friendly service, delicious breakfast, and a great coffee/espresso bar. Try them out if you’re near the Keller/Alliance area!

First time here and wanted to find a place without too long a wait for Sunday breakfast. We were seated quicker than I expected and all the staff were friendly. Our server, Sumi, was great! She checked on us frequently without being annoying. We both had the classic two eggs with bacon, hashbrowns, and a biscuit. Hashbrowns were nicely crispy and the biscuit was delicious. We don’t live in the area but will mark it as a spot to return to.

Originally i was going for a 4 1/2 star but they deserve 5 stars. Menu is a little pricey for simple breakfast compared to other areas but the food is tasty. I ordered the strawberry crepes and it was very delicious, a little too much whip cream though. Everything else is simple but good. What this place has that most dont is exceptional customer service. Friendly staff, smiles all around, they recognize their local customers, they check in to see how you are with out disturbing you, etc.. A young waitress helped an elderly lady by assisting her getting up and walking to door. I have never seen that before. Such simple courtesy that we are all aware of and how special it seems when we actually see it. So, again, the food is good, a little pricey, great staff, homey like environment and well I'm officially a customer.
