Really good sandwich shop. I ordered the smoke turkey with fresh fruit. Woman that took my order was very police and helpful as this was my first time at this restaurant. Sandwich came out fast and was delicious.

So glad they didn't have the short manager with tattoos that was her last time .That girl was SO unprofessional. Luckily I'm always willing to give a place another shot

McAlister's is one of my faves! I can always count on consistent fresh brewed tea that's great & will drive out of my way to get it. I prefer unsweet with lemon, but the sweet & peach tea is great, too. The food is a family favorite, too. My go to is the chef's salad.

My family and I come here fairly often, and the food is great. However, the service is what keeps us coming back. They have the kindest staff who always seem genuinely happy to serve you.
One time I was given sweet tea instead of unsweet and when I told them, they were extremely apologetic and did everything they could to make sure this didn’t happen to someone else. Even mentioning that were intent on making sure it didn’t happen to someone with diabetes or dietary restrictions. They treated it like it was truly important to them!

I've never had breakfast at CFA before so this was a first. Good options and everything was hot and fresh! Thankful for healthy options.
Workers tend to forget that not everyone is a regular and could be more forgiving as people make selections. Tourists come from all over and not every town has a CFA.

Our neighborhood McAlisters is a top notch deli. Asst. Manager Casey and the other staff members give wonderful customer service. The prices and healthy food selections are perfect for us seniors and our grandchildren. This deli is one of the top McAlisters, always clean and fast service. Our favorites items are the Savannah and Cobb salads, Reuben and Italian sandwiches, 99 cent complete meals for the grandchildren, and of course their famous special blended tea. A must stop if your hungry and driving down Camp Bowie in west Fort Worth.

Went on Saturday when the kids eat free when they wear their Halloween costume and I ordered the blt which the bacon was very dry and hard. The bread was very hard. I also was charged $14 for my meal that was a blt with a side of Cole slaw and a large drink. I believe they charged me for the kids meal. The staff was very friendly but this is my first time going and I was not please with the quality of the food. I was never given a receipt either.

Went to dinner with my twins. Its was ok. Not spectacular. Chicken salad sandwich was great but it was put together pretty sloppy. And I counted at least 5 small pieces of fruit. Sweet tea is usually AMAZING!! Was disappointed that it tasted old and was not sweet at all. Bathroom was bad. Trash every where and floor was sticky.

Poor presentation of the Shrimp Po Boy sandwich today on a to-go order. The entire sandwich was sitting in sauce making it soggy on the bottom, which should have made the stale bread better. Only the shrimp and coleslaw were edible. Shouldn't have to pay $11.15 for a sandwich, chips and tea when the quality is poor.

Every time I get the Harvest chicken sandwich the criossaint is so small that it falls apart and they have gotten skimpy on the chicken salad. I always said they had the best chicken salad sandwich but not sure any more.

My biggest apologies, I visited the Alliance Fort Worth location. I have removed my bad review, as I love the food, and just had a terrible experience at the Fort Worth, Alliance Town Center location. Thank you so much for responding even though it was not your restaurant at fault!
