This should be removed as a 24 hour restaurant. This is not a special little Cafe, it is the hotel restaurant in the middle of the Hilton. Do not show up here looking for a 24 hour cafe. That being said, I have eaten as a hotel guest and it is your typical hotel fare. Decent food.
Update: I see they've updated things to more accurately reflect that this is a hotel restaurant. So I'm giving a star back to better reflect my opinion of it as such.

Food was reasonably priced for hotel dining. Food was cooked perfectly, and was delicious! Our waitor Omed was fantastic, and I would recommend coming down and eating here just to interact with him. The scenery is nice, and the chairs are comfy. The coffee is excellent!
