Review J's Burgers N' More - Fort Worth

Great little hole in the wall! Did a quick google search for food while we were walking around DT Fort Worth and decided to give this place a shot. SUPER friendly customer service! Our food came out fast. I was disappointed at first that the cheese on the chili cheese fries was shredded and not a sauce, but the chili was so good so i couldn't be mad! Overall a great affordable place to eat at.

Very cheap and delicious options. We ordered pad Thai ($7.99) and basil chicken with rice ($7.50). Portions are huge (we had leftovers). Only one downside is that the takeout box is styrofoam so it's not ideal for microwaving (the leftovers). We're visiting and don't have plates/cutlery. Restaurant was bigger than I expected, with lots of tables for a casual lunch.

Such good high quality food for a good price. Accidentally stumbled upon this place while walking and was really surprised at their low prices. I wasn’t expecting much but the food is so delicious and came out quickly. Great value and they’re not stingy with sauces like other places. Highly recommend.

Thai Chicken Salad was very good! I recommend the house dressing, it’s like a vinaigrette. Their prices are very reasonable. Support your local businesses!

Pretty good little inconspicuous place. Feeling like having Chinese food and a burger? This is the place to go. They have Thai, Chinese, and typical American foods. I will return for more. The Pad Thai. It was an alright dish. The umami was a little lacking but it still had some of the fragrant nuances of a pad Thai. Fyi. Lines can be long but it moves fast. Pictures on the wall if needed. Menu is on the wall and on the floor signs. You order and take your ticket stub and listen for your number. Hand them the stub when you pick up.

The staff is incredibly friendly and the food is delicious and priced right. I spent about $10 for drunken noodles, an egg roll and a drink. The drunken noodles were made to order and had great flavor. The egg roll was also very tasty. This is a fun place and I would definitely recommend it.

The staff are very kind, sweet and helpful. I've only been to Fort Worth twice now, and I make it a point to come to J's for some excellent, very reasonably priced meals. I've had their breakfast (biscuits n gravy) and loved it, explored the Asian side of the menu (thai yellow curry chicken and drunken noodles, both which rocked) and took a tour on the burger side (a bacon chili cheeseburger, a fried burger which is a battered deepfried burger patty on bun with standard burger toppings, and a chili cheese dog) it was all fantastic and memorable. I'll return to eat there every time I come to Fort Worth.

This location is a hidden gem in downtown Fort Worth, TX. The hotel was down the street and the workers had no idea the existed. The menu has multiple items to choose from (much more than burgers), the service was very quick and the food was really good. Try it out if you are ever in the area.

This is a hole in the wall lunch spot. Prices are extremely fair and you can get classic American cafeteria food, or pretty solid Chinese and Thai food. Not a place I would go to for something nice, but it is a perfect quick grab a bite place.

I had the fried chicken sandwich with lettuce tomatoes and onions also hot dogs with chili. The food was very tasty. Prices were very affordable. Service was friendly and fast.

Was visiting for a work trip and picked up food Togo for lunch. This place was recommended to its but it felt very peculiar to have Thai and American food together. While I did not see tofu on the menu for any of the Thai fare I was very surprised that they did indeed have tofu. I ordered pad Thai with tofu no fish sauce. When I first dug in I was a little disappointed as the flavor was very sweet and not much else. Then I put in the chili oil and it was a game changer. The oil was spicier than I was expecting in a good way. It also has a slightly smoky flavor. Side note the fries that I spotted on many dine-in patrons plates looked very tasty. Seasoned, fresh and crispy. If only I had two stomachs to accommodate.

Definitely a wide variety of Thai, Chinese and American food for low prices in a simple place right near the Convention Center. More typical Chinese American options. Enjoyed the chicken dish, egg rolls weren’t great.

Good food, great customer service and was fast and convenient. Next time I'll try the Panang curry 🍛 I got a chicken club sandwich with 🍟

Just what I was looking for! Value, tasty comfort food, for a great price! This a local Thai restaurant with excellent food quality. I enjoyed the Tom Ka Gai, chicken soup for the soul. Ask for chili oil on the side and add just what you need. 1/4 teaspoons makes this an authentic delicious soup. I can’t wait to return and try more dishes.

Customer service is super friendly here and service is really fast! Very decent inexpensive eats for being right in downtown.

The name of the restaurant doesn’t even begin to describe what’s offered here. Sure, they have burgers, hotdogs, fries etc from a typical burger joint. They also have a complete Thai menu. There were two white boards and three picture boards showing all the Asian options. I ordered the lunch Pad Thai special. It’s is amazing that you can still get a good lunch for less than $10 these days. Got the pad Thai with a little cup of hot sauce on the side. That really make the dish complete. Just enough heat.

Looks like a back alley but this is a great little place in downtown to catch a a quick meal for a little more than pocket change. The American fare is standard... Its good but not why I come here. Their Thai/Chinese rocks ace! Good sized portions. Tasty and spicy. Perfect for a quick downtown lunch break!!

Enjoy every bit of it!!!. I came for a convention and decided to try this place out since it got recommended by so many people. The food was so delicious ( I ordered cashew chicken for myself and drunken noodle for my wife). My son who is a burger lover ordered double cheeseburger with bacon and he said it's one of the best burger he has ever had. We all enjoy the food so much that we had to come back the next day for more. We highly recommend this place !!

The burger was a frozen patty, and did not have a good taste at all. I would not recommend this establishment.

Clean, deli style restaurant that had okay Chinese food and burgers at good prices. And, they now accept credit cards.

Donna. Love the Thai Beef Salad (I get it Spicy X3) and the Kung Pao Chicken. They are always great! I also love that they take credit cards! Friendly customer service. Family owned and operated!

I'm impressed. I've been working in downtown Fort Worth for the past 4 years and just found this place today!! First impression is what a nice clean place. I am even more impressed with the service and nice smile from the restaurant crew. Fast , friendly, reasonable price, and tasty food; what a combination!!. And with a big menu like that, I don't know how they do it in keeping all the ingredients fresh but mine was so fresh. I have to admit that I'm very impressed and will be your customer for a long time.Keep up the good work!!

I have only eaten the Chinese food here. It is so good! I've never tried any other food than the Chinese food.

Pretty good. As another reviewer said, its not the best thia on the world, but w limited options for a quick lunch if you want asian noodles, this is where to go! they are cheap, fast and about a 7.5/10/. may have given a higher number but they have gotten my order wrong a few times... also, un line another person said- they DO take credit cards!
Melissa
My burger had a gross funny taste to it. Couldn't even eat it. My husband had a Korean dish and liked it well enough though.
Vanessa
AWESOME. Excellent food whether it's burgers or thai. Only downfall, is it's cash only

J's Burgers and More should probably be called Js Couple of Burgers and a Lot of Chinese Food, because that is what this place is all about.
