This beer brings to my mind the word crafted... I don't think I've ever tasted a better quality and cleaner tasting beer and to top it off no dry mouth and no headache I didn't have but a couple and I'm not a big beer drinker at all but for me to have that second one it had to have been a good one. Relaxing atmosphere real good people and just good old down home Texas Brew you could enjoy in a Roadhouse atmosphere.

Stopped in for a beer and dinner with my lady. Had a schwarzbier and a red - both excellent. The bologna sandwich and black pepper sausage were not available, so we had the sausage mac and cheese, which is very good. Server CJ was very helpful despite full bar (trivia night). This is my favorite brewery.

I am happy to update my review from one star to a five star review. I am pleased to say that Shawn was more than reasonable and willing to sit down and talk about what happened over a beer. This conversation was respectful and constructive for both parties. As note this business has always welcomed well behaved pets and service animals both inside and on the outside deck. This being said I am very surprised by this business and the way that they handled my initial review. It is refreshing to be able to talk about the issue at hand with a very open and honest approach. I would highly recommend if you ever have any issues or concerns to be open and honest with Shawn. Based off of my own experiences and conversations with him I know he will always do his best to listen and try to make it right when he is able to do so! Thanks for reading! PS. This place is perfect for any craft beer and BBQ lover. They have a great variety of perfectly crafted beers and no matter what you're into, I can guarantee they have a beer for you. I had their award winning Fort Worth Lager and an out right delicious octoberfest lager. The bartenders were great, personable and oh so friendly. Now I've been to a lot of breweries where the beer is excellent and the food lacks but this place is definitely above the rest. They serve a majority of smoked favorites but they also had some Texan cuisine on the menu. I had the brisket tacos and it is hands down my favorite taco now. It was flavorful, juicy and went very well with a side of elotes. I will forsure be returning to this place as often and as soon as I can!
