I’ve been going for many years celebrating special times with friends, family and especially my granddaughters! It’s our special day together and they’ve loved going since they were young! Now they’re 15 and 17. The Tea Room has a beautiful atmosphere, delicious food and great fast service.

I absolutely love this place. I had my bridal shower hosted here and they did an amazing job tending to our party. I love to rose tea and the chicken salad! The High Tea is also very fun todo with a group of friends. Plus the location is great- who doesn't like shopping around after lunch. So many cool booths at the Mercantile.

This has always been one of my favorite places to dine, so I brought two friends here for a birthday luncheon. There were a few misses this trip. We got the house rose tea, and couldn’t drink much of it because it was VERY STRONG. It must have steeped too long. We all had the the big variety plate with small bits of everything. This usually includes chicken salad, but they had subbed tuna , ( without telling us), and it tasted a little off. The soup arrived lukewarm, but tasty. Fruit dressing tasted like vinegar, so didn’t eat that, and the pumpkin sandwich was basically less one bite. The quiche was absolutely wonderful, and I will get it next time. Pie was absolutely perfect, best meringue on Earth! Service was attentive and friendly.

Wonderful chicken salad and pink lemonade. There's usually some rowdy women's group in the back having party but they don't hurt much. Really enjoy this place.

My daughter took me there for my birthday and it was a very relaxing lunch. The food was great and so was the house specialty iced tea.

Family celebrated 93rd birthday of Aunt Ginngy (Virginia). It’s one of her & the family’s favorite venues. The food is delicious, service excellent & the ambience calm & comforting. The Tearoom is collocated with a beautiful, well-organized & decorated antique mall. Gives you a chance to work up an appetite before your meal or walk it off afterwards. We had a party of 15; entrees were pre-ordered & it all flowed like clockwork. I had a chicken crepe; which didn’t sound very appetizing; but it was filling, delicious, served hot & with a salad. The dessert was a generous slice of chocolate velvet birthday cake brought from another bakery. Highly recommend a visit.

Best tea room in Tarrant County. Have meet friends there 20+ years; never disappointed with food or service. Plus advantage of unlimited shopping at the Mercantile Antique Shops within building.

The waitstaff was attentive. I had the sampler for lunch and took the coconut meringue and bread pudding home to share with my mother. I really enjoyed the iced tea.
