Outstanding food! My wife was a little reluctant to try a "strip mall" restaurant...whatever. The place honestly looked closed from the outside with the exception of the large 'OPEN' sign above the door. There were several empty tables inside with only one table occupied when we arrived. Several other patrons arrived after we were seated. The service was good, very friendly, and the food was amazing. Very fresh, very good and my wife and son both loved it. We had Pad Thai, Red Curry Pork and Drunken Noodles as well as spring rolls to share. We'll definitely be back.

I enjoy all the staff at Boun Bistro. We either order the Yellow Curry Chicken, Chicken Pad Thai or Chicken Coconut Soup. All are delicious but we haven't ventured out to other items as we enjoy these so much. Additionally the Vegetable Egg Rolls and Beef Jerky are items we always add to our order.

The staff was super friendly as soon as we walked in the recommended some lunch specials. The food came out faster than I thought it would. I ordered the vegetable medley with tofu, spice level 5 and it was no joke. Very delicious! Solid place for vegan options. Def coming back

I come here all the time and it has never not been amazing. Usually I’ll order drunken noodles or yellow curry to-go, but nothing beats eating inside the restaurant. Their milk tea is wonderful. Staff is incredibly sweet, friendly, and they always make me feel so welcomed. Boun Bistro sets the bar so high that you won’t want Thai food from anywhere else!

We went on a dinner date. Nice atmosphere, nice people. Shrimp spring rolls were delightful. I got yellow curry level 3 heat and it was so yum. My husband got green curry and he loved his food too. We also got sticky rice pumpkin custard as a starter and it was sooo delicious. Mix of hot and cool. The pumpkin custard melts in your mouth. Would absolutely get again. Worth coming back for.

I wish I had found this place sooner. You can tell a lot about a place by interaction with customers. There are clearly a lot of regulars who pick up to-go orders and some who come in to eat. Either way just in the short time I was there you could see that the customers loved the place and the people and vice versa. But what about the food. Well I tried the Loa Larb and the Tom Kha Soup. First let me say the spice level is 1-5 and legit. Not sweet like some places I've seen in the past. I love spice and can usually handle decent spice but I wanted to make sure the flavor was there too. Hands down my favorite was the Tom Kha. I wish I had gotten the Bowl instead of the cup. I have lived in Vegas for the past 20 years and have a few Thai/Lao places I frequented and this is probably in the top 3 of all of them. Perfect balance of chicken, mushroom, spice, coconut and herbs. 🧑‍🍳🤌😘. I honestly can't wait to try more on the menu but this will be a definite go to. The Lao Beef Larb was excellent. I got it at a lvl 3 spice and it was a bit hot for me at the time. But they gave me sticky rice to go with it for take home. Still very delicious. Everyone was super nice and the atmosphere was great. This place may be tucked away just off the 820 in Haltom City but it's well worth finding.

We ordered many different dishes as we were very excited to try this delightful restaurant. The ambiance is very nice as well. I highly recommend if you’re looking for some delicious Lao and Thai food!

A friend of mine bragged about this place a few weeks ago. I decided to try it out after looking at the menu. I ordered the red curry w/shrimp, crab fried rice & the Shrimp lemongrass soup. All 10/10. My mom is not a big fan of spicy food & can’t handle it..but I can. Lol. I got the red curry spice level 1 & the lemongrass soup mild. The crab fried rice with no spice. Everything was so flavorful…can’t wait to go back and explore more options.

This place was an unexpected find. I work in the area and have some credits to use on UberEats monthly. Love spicy Asian food and a few months back I choose this place to give it a shot. When I say I have ordered from here at least 5 times in a months time I am probably lying. My better half looks at me funny if she knows the culinary truth about how many times I order from here. But today was different. I got to enjoy it fresh on my table. And it’s cheaper too because all food is higher on UberEats, in case you didn’t already know. The Pho Beef is super flavorful and is bar far the cheapest price around for what you get in the bowl. The Bam-Bam wings are the best Asian style hot wings around. I order level 5 and lower after my attempt at doing level 8 the first time I tried them. Sweet, crunchy, spicy, hot and larger chicken portions make this $11 dish worth the money. But don’t take my word for it. Try it yourself. I bet you will be back!!!
