Amazing place for Breakfast/Brunch/Dinner... Very friendly service and the food was really good... food ready quickly and served hot... really liked the place.. Good coffee too...

Had the spinach quiche it was delicious came with soup and salad I got the potato soup would rate it a 7.7/10 and the Cesar salad was a solid 8/10 for me. Got a mini chocolate tart to go and what threw me off of the whole experience was their cashier/waitress Kendra she was extremely rude and hard to communicate with. She made my sister and I super uncomfortable when she got our dessert order wrong and kept blaming on us when the receipt clearly said that we were not wrong. The atmosphere was quite relaxing other than that little incident. Their other staff was so sweet and kind.

It's a very "bonjour y'all" kind of place. Elements of classy French mixed with down-home Southern friendliness. I had the chicken la Madeleine and it was fantastic! Can be quite busy at times.

The Croissant sandwich was made so FRESH ! everything tasted so good , and then the slightly crispy outside of the croissant made all the difference !
The Strawberries & Nutella Crepe was so good & made to order !
I asked for a lighter amount of Nutella and they did extract what was asked ! The sweet treats in the case are absolutely worth taking home !
My favorite was the Sacher , talk about happy food dance ! was our second time there in less than a month and will NOT be our last !

Took my roommate's kid here, and she really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, she was made to feel small and uncomfortable by adult patrons. A woman shoved in front of us in line to get drinks and almost ran into me shortly after. Then, despite the restaurant being uncrowded, more adults followed with similar behavior. It was very overwhelming for her being in a new environment. I've never seen this behavior towards one child repeated in such rapid succession. The staff saw the drink line things and didn't say anything, which is okay. It was just a lot at once. These people weren't even together, lol! I do hope there is a plan in place for such behavior that may continue to escalate.

What I liked: food had flavor. Dessert met expectations. The staff was really nice - especially the manager, who was very professional and courteous in handling a billing error. What I thought missed the mark slightly - compared to other La Madeleine's I've been to - the cleanliness at the front could have been better. The floor was wet and it felt more like a fast food joint rather than a cozy french bistro. (That's why I've taken off 1 star.) The internal seating areas (both , to the left and right) are not obviously visible but I'd recommend getting a table in those areas for a more cozy feel. (Wouldn't do outside seating as the location is very average.)
