I would usually give this place a five-star, however I think that the customer service has declined. The last time I went there was just a really long line and when I decided to go to the drive-thru there was also a really long wait. However I love the food and the fries.

Braums has been a staple since my childhood. The food here, burgers or ice cream, is always good. Store is a ghost town during the day but the drive thru line is a mile long at night, it’s insane. Wish they had their ice cream flavors listed in the drivethru, and Braums needs to hop on the online ordering! Would be so much quicker.

They finally staffed this place. I love it here but they've always been short staffed and the line was always crazy. But they seem to have fixed it. Best ice cream in town

Going inside makes you feel better about eating here. From the outside it looks kind of rough, but the staff inside are great and it's clean. They just need to clean up the parking lot.

The prices are reasonable. The cheeseburger I ordered tasted pretty salty. The fries are good and not over seasoned. They have a small grocery/market inside as well. Very neat 1 stop shop. I thought it was cool that during lunch and dinner you can upgrade your drink on a combo to a milkshake with no up charge.

Somehow this place works. The ice cream is good and the order was correct.
It appears that chaos is the order of the day. I have no idea how they keep things straight with every employee doing every job including operating the register.

I had the most wonderful employee at the drive up window. I realized after I had ordered and pulled up to the window that I didn't have my credit card, and she told me not to worry about it. She said this had happened to her before, so she was going to take care of it. I had such BAD week, and having someone who was so gracious and kind was such a blessing.

Braum's is always excellent stop. As a native of Fort Worth I grew up on Brahms so whenever I come in town that is almost the second place that I stop when I get intown. Food is always made fresh the ice cream is real ice cream the food is delicious the prices are affordable and you can't get a better homemade burger or shake in my opinion anywhere in Fort Worth. This is quite a popular destination. The staff is friendly and the food was served fresh and hot. Seating was lacking vs traffic and the layout of the parking lot leaves you blocked in from leaving thanks to their drive thru traffic, especially (or even worse) a problem if you park in handicap.
Love love love their ice cream! Reasonably priced and very creamy and rich.
