I have always loved Pluckers. This was the first time the food was not up to standards. I don't know what the reasoning we didn't really make a big deal out of it, because I will be going back. I don't live in the area, and this was only the second time visiting this location.

Checked out this Pluckers for the first time – usually hit up the ones around Austin. Had a blast! The Bloody Mary was practically a meal itself, could've ordered three and called it lunch! Despite the wait for drinks, the Michelada totally made up for it – perfectly delicious. Tried the sampler and, oh my, the fried mac and cheese with strawberry sauce was a flavor explosion! The waitress nailed the wing sauce choice, but my heart belongs to the Spicy Garlic Parmesan – it's heavenly. Despite a small hiccup, we're definitely coming back for more. Can't wait for the next flavorful adventure!

While not fair to judge a place sometimes on one visit, this review is after 4-5 visits at this location. If I could rate 3.5 stars I would. The atmosphere is fine, it's what you'd expect out of a family sports bar establishment. The service is sometimes absolutely stellar and other times you wonder what's going on in the kitchen or at the bar that takes 20-30-45 minutes just to get your order. We've gotten thru our appetizers entirely multiple times before alcoholic beverages even hit the table and sometimes the drinks are fantastic while other times they taste like my kiddo just threw a bunch of stuff in a mixing cup. While it takes a while, the food is usually good so that's a full 4 stars there. You often feel like they are intentionally holding you hostage because you can't get in and out in less than 90 minutes to save your life (which would be easier to handle if the drinks were regularly coming) please do better Pluckers City View!

Wings a a bit dry. They need more sauce. Service could be better. Beer was nice and cold.

The only problem was this non-communicative manager close to me at the bar. However another mgr, Kyler, went around and asked after customers and the waitstaff; strong work listening! Been here a handful of times—bartenders are always great, even when swamped (tho they need runners and barbacks!). Food does not disappoint. Music is too loud tho.

We tried this location and it was really good! Our Waitresses were awesome! This place does not disappoint! Great food and service! My wings got mixed with the hot ones my husband got .. 🤮 but the waitress took care of me immediately and redid my Honey BBQ wings ...very sweet of her to do! Thank you!!

Monday is all you can eat wings at $32. The sauce we picked was Goldrush. I would definitely try something different next time. Also had 5 wings for $8.99. The service was great. The chicken was good but a little overcooked. Will come back and try it again.

Always make sure you join the waitlist at any Pluckers location! Use Yelp or Google for it. The staff were very professional and had a great attitude, the food was a bit dry and unfortunately they had ran out of some wing sauce flavors. Nonetheless, this is establishment was very clean, friendly and the drinks were great. Look forward to coming back in the future.

If you look at the reviews with less than two stars they're going to say that the wings were dry or burnt, which happens to be my case as well. They were so dry and barely had any sauce. I had to order a side of sauce to enjoy them. Our order of nachos was also cold when it arrived. Service was slow but staff was very friendly. *I have been back since I wrote this review and I can say thw have immensely improved.
