Review Wild Salsa - Fort Worth

Ildikó Horváth
I had the most amazing quesadilla here last night! The feeling of the place is wonderful, the artwork on the walls, the tiny cactuses on the tables, it is unique and very mexican. The service is quick, our waiter was very polite and efficient. I had sangria with my meal, it was a bit sour but very delicius. I really recommend this place for a nice Mexican dinner!

Amazing service, atmosphere is fun and inviting, and the food taste so fresh! The salsa verde is the best salsa I've ever had. Want to try something adventurous, try the Avocado Margarita with roasted pineapple/jalapeno infused tequila! I would highly recommend this restaurant!

I honestly didn't know what to expect and went with the reviews. I kind of loved this place. It had a good ambiance and there were vegetarian options available. The presentation of food was neat and the food tasted really good. A little pricey but worth it. Would definitely recommend

Everything was fantastic. The Ritas de Casa Margaritas were tasty and the tacos and accompanying sauces fresh and delicious. My wife had the mango jicama slaw as a side and I had the borracho black beans. Both were amazing! Can’t wait to go back again for lunch or dinner some time.

Looking for tacos and margaritas within walking distance to our hotel so we decided to try this place out! Overall great experience. The service was great (seated right away, our server Zina-attentive, nice manners, and speedy without rushing us) Very much enjoyed the prickliest pear Rita which was well made. A wide variety of menu options to choose from. The guacamole with bacon was amazing and the mango jicama salad was the perfect side. Mix & match Taco trio hit the spot (not too much food, but enough to fill you up) and the rice was tasty. Nice place to grab a spot to eat with a relaxed atmosphere. The pricing isn’t that bad like some other reviewers noted-$3 a taco seem pretty reasonable for a restaurant in a city!

Best fajitas I've ever had. Beef cooked perfectly, shrimp seasoned nicely, incredible tortillas. Service was very attentive and friendly. This is a place to stop if you're in town!

I tried the chicken enchiladas with a side of rice and beans. The enchilada sauce had a sweeter flavor that was different than what I'm used to, but still a good taste. The rice and beans were just alright for having to pay for them separately and not already included in the cost of the main entree. I would still go again and try some of the other entrees options they had. I sat at the bar and the service was great.

Awesome Mexican food! Great chips n green salsa. Had 3 tacos, mix n match!! Steak, barbacoa, and chorizo. My wife had fish of the day taco in her mix. Great seasoning. Ashley was our server and kept an eye on us-always available, but not interrupting. Great job. No food pics but awesome decor and art.

After reading about this place in Fort Worth Magazine my wife and I took advantage of date night to get our first taste of this place. This is now one of my favorite Mexican/Taco places in funky town. The staff was wonderful, the decor and ambiance was great and the food was top notch. We started out with house margaritas as they have happy hour M-F until 7 and they were excellent. I definitely recommend their salsa trio as an appetizer. The habanero and carrot was the best! It was so spicy yet had an amazing flavor that I didn't want to stop eating it. For dinner we went with more authentic Mexican and steered away from the tacos. This is a great place that we'll definitely be revisiting.

Spot on with their tacos. Every. Single. Time. Tasty salsa with light crispy chips. Rice is extra. Beans are extra too.

Took my in-laws to eat at Wild Salsa a week ago and really enjoyed the food. The fajitas were amazing as well as the cheese enchiladas. Everyone loved the ambience and decor. The service was outstanding too! Our server Avery was very attentive and made sure we were well taken care of! Will definitely be back and I highly recommend!

Lovely restuarant in downtown Fort Worth, it has beautiful outdoor seating with swinging bench seating, stiff seating, or short and tall tables. With purse hooks! Food was great as well as the delivery time to our table, had no issues with services. No reviews on the restrooms, but judging by the cleanliness of the indoor environment, I'm sure it had no issues. Highly Recommended! 10/10

I would compare it to Abuelo's but with better tasting food, better ambience, better service, and better quality. The bartender was our server, he was very friendly, attentive, and prompt bringing our drinks and food, he also wasn't pushy which I greatly appreciated. The food was a tad pricey for what it was, 3 tacos for $9, a torta also for $9, $14-$17 for enchiladas with no sides so we opted to share an appetizer and split an entree, we chose the fajitas which seemed to offer the best value for the price -we got the chicken and beef fajitas Which were very tender, juicy, well seasoned and perfect which cost a whopping $20 but definitely worth it. The fajitas were accompanied by sour cream, guac, and pico, a small scoop of each, black beans (also delicious) green cilantro rice(wasn't crazy about the rice) and four small (but delicious) flour tortillas which I believe were freshly made, and it's $1 for extra tortillas Also, the app we shared was the wild queso which apparently has nutmeg or some spice that really just doesn't taste like it belongs. Great for a nice date or for a celebration, I'd recommend it to a friend

Love this place by far the best tacos and guacamole. You say you have reservations in the patio and patio bar stools, so we sit and watch. Nobody shows up for 2 hours. And who reserves bar stools like wtf are you kidding me. Go here all the time but wow totally surprised might be the last time

Wild Salsa is a fun, foodie delight for authentic Mexican City cuisine. Food is fresh, locally sourced, and wonderful to the palate. The Wild Rita, a handcrafted margarita was the best cocktail ever. Great vibes, whimsical atmosphere, a perfect place.

Wild Salsa in Fort Worth is probably the best Mexican Restaurant I have ever tried. The ambiance is so chill, and they have traditional colors all over the place. The food was awesome— I got the Sanoran Chicken Enchiladas in an elote cream and their guac is SO GOOD. Great service too. Sit outside if you can beautiful outdoor seating!

We had a queso with guac and sour cream on it, the lamb tacos for 2 w/ rice and beans and then a churro to finish it off. The food was amazing! I loved loved loved the atmosphere and decor. Our server was very informative since it was our first time and we were warmly welcomed when we arrived. I will definitely be returning!

The employees are all great! We were welcomed and seated at a busy time. Our server Tony was so nice and I love that he explained how the food is prepared and made recommendations. The food is delicious I love this place💗

Had my birthday brunch with 25+ people, they assigned 1 server who was apparently very rude to my guest! Many of the dishes were burnt, very disappointed over all my guest were amazing so I had a great time but wish I would’ve chose another venue when my daughter and friend spoke to the manager he was very condescending and rude, the gentleman who bused the table was pleasant and attentive maybe they should promote him to a server. Such a shame as it’s such a nice place. Would definitely not recommend! I will be making calls after the 1st if the year to the management of the company!

Don't go there with a large party! Service was extremely slow and the food bland and dry. It took an hour to get our food! Then our waiter spilled a beer on the backs of me and my friend. The manager offered to pay for our dry leaning. I said that was rediculous and told her to charge my card as I wanted to get out of there. They also added 20% gratuity which was not earned by our waiter and two others who helped him. They did give us 50% off our bill in the end. I don't see them lasting much longer.

Great food, great drinks and cool atmosphere. Try the signature margarita with the pineapple it's amazing or the cucumber infused vodka drink and the leche cake is the best I've had this side of Mexico!
Jessica Moreno
The waiter took 30 minutes to bring me one beer and he also forgot about my order! He also never brought out my friends food and still tried to charge her! The manager was notified and did nothing!

I may have just found my favorite place. The food was great! My server Nellie made certain that I was taken care of. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Very confusing experience. I arrived and the hostess was very nice, but kept looking at her computer and trying to decide where to seat me. The place was virtually empty. Finally she said, "I'll stop playing with you. Sit wherever you want." Really? After waiting a bit longer than expected, the bartender came out and asked for my drink order, and brought it fairly quickly. Then my two other companions arrived, and waited forever for someone to show up and take their drink orders. Same with the food. When our waiter showed up, he was very friendly, but forgot to bring more salsa, took longer than it should to take our order, and the food took a while to come out. When it finally did, it was very tasty. The cheese enchiladas were delicious, but at $14, they came with some arugula on top (which I scraped off), and no sides. I know this isn't supposed to be a Tex-Mex restaurant, but some beans and/or rice (or something) would have been nice. This could be a really great place. The decor is very nice, and everyone was friendly. But there doesn't seem to be much organization, and the food is overpriced. The guy in the suit, who I assume was the manager, didn't do much of anything except hang out talking to the hostess. The happy hour Margaritas ($3) were very good. I might come back here again to sit at the bar have a Margarita and order some enchiladas to go. But since that would be over $20 even at happy hour after tax and tip, probably not.

We made a reservation and they had our table ready with a chair already removed for my husband’s wheelchair. The tacos and guacamole were excellent. Reminded me of yummy street tacos in Playa. The Sangria and Strawberry Habanero Margarita...all I can say is yum. Staff was friendly and customer service was top notch. We will definitely be going back with friends.

Overly priced food and bad service. I’m not from the area but I won’t be back. The food wasn’t worth the money.

Something new, loved the tacos, waiter at the bar was great an attentive to us. Was a great experience. THOUGH I'm not sure why I would be charged double for a Mango and Strawberry margarita. It's 1 drink, half and half. 1 thing they don't have on Chuy's on 7th st.

Food and margaritas were amazing. Wait staff was prompt and accommodating. I had chicken quesadillas and they were very good. Salsas were the best. Definitely want to visit again.
