It has been many years since I last visited and the food is STILL fantastic. I love to taste the smoke in my BBQ, and Spring Creek delivers. Excellent sweet/spicy sauce on the side. Ribs, brisket, sausage are all super yummy. Sides are like Grandma used to make.

The hot rolls were absolutely fantastic. Others enjoyed the cobbler and ice cream. This is a good place to enjoy friends, family and food. Definitely 5 star.
The Sandwich Plate with Italian beans and slaw was very good and the hot roll was hot and wonderful. Had to leave as I'm allergic to perfumes and faint so missed getting to really visit with Western Hills Association people and eating another roll. Thank you.
Nice surprise, Friday night and it was a ghost town. Which made me wonder. Seemed brisket was leftover as all the brisket was wrapped in plastic wrap. But it was moist and tender, not a strong smoke taste. Side were ok at best. Rolls right out of the oven were great and kept making rounds everytime
Manager, was polite and helping customers with refilling their drinks. Best BBQ ever!! Manager was doing what no other manager does in any other place, he was introducing himself and being polite with all customers! Very clean place and nice staff from entering to walking out!! Great barbecue, and great service. we always get takeout and our order is always exactly right, never had any issues and they always remember every single detail of our confusing order.. and their rolls are super, super awesome... for real, they are the best rolls ever.. the cobbler is kinda expensi
The food you can see being well prepared with great customer service and friendly wait staff who always have hot fresh butter rolls prepared just for you. A little pricey, but the business is very military/police friendly so should come on down and enjoy a hot meal at a fair price.
We eat here at least twice a month. The food is great 👍Usually get the brisket and the turkey, with rolls of course:)
The staff are fabulous, always seem to go above and beyond. And serve with a smile.
