My family has eaten here for years and decided I should probably leave a review. First of all they DO have a baby changing table in the men’s bathroom!!!! Yaaaa!!!! The food is always super yummy and the worst part is I have my favorites like Pho or crunchy chicken spring rolls and never try anything new because they are just to good! My favorite smoothy is the avocado! Trust me it is sooo good!

I had known about Noodles for years, but I hadn’t had a chance to eat there until recently. I took my adult children at lunchtime and there was no wait time at all. We each have our favorite foods so there was a variety at the table. The Pho was excellent. Very plentiful with meat, noodles, and various items on the side to add in. My sushi was plated nicely and tasted even better. Not too spicy, but I like it spicy so I added a little sriracha. My son had raw sushi with various sea food. He loves the squid. I don’t think you can go wrong with anything on the menu. Of course you can’t go to a boba tea house without getting boba tea.

First time here and will definitely be coming back. The food and service was amazing. Waiters are very attentive and willingly explain any questions about items on the menu. I wholeheartedly recommend the tempura roll and the mudslide drink w/boba, it's a must have! 🤌🏾 Everything was so delicious and filling I ended up taking part of it home 🥰

My favorite crunchy spring rolls with chicken and peanut sauce, bestie ordered the shrimp rolls. I decided to try the all things spicy poke bowl. Very flavorful and refreshing. Highly recommend if you like spicy things. Solid food and decent service. It's a little hot temperature wise in there.

I didn’t like too much the passion fruit tea as it lacked the sour kick passion fruit has and was bland but the food was so good I still give them 5 stars, service and atmosphere were also great.

I love coming here! It feels very comfy to be in here if it's not super busy. Getting seated is usually pretty fast and service is good for the most part. The food is always amazing and so are the drinks. My boyfriend and I come here a lot for lunch dates & it's also good for small family dining. The parking area is a bit small & tables have to be pushed together for anything more than like 5 people, but this is an overall great place to eat!

First stop every time I am back in town. I travel a lot and eat Pho whenever possible, this is the best I have had, broth is silky smooth and the meatballs have perfect texture. Egg rolls and pot stickers are also exceptional. Highly recommend!

We've been going here for years, the food has always been amazing. Never had bad service at all, maybe someone new every now and then, but that's no big deal. We even complimented someone to the manager one time, and he was so nice, saying, Oh yeah we absolutely know you guys. They are always so nice and the food really is great.

My nephew who eats here a lot recommended this place and it did not disappoint! Service was quick and friendly! Our servers were nice and helpful. We got the sriracha fried rice, the Korean Barbecue and fried bth rolls. Everything was really good!

First time trying this place. Never had Vietnamese food before, but have always wanted to try it. So glad we went here! Our waiter was very nice, and very helpful with questions. Started out with California Spring Rolls. Just like a California Sushi Roll, just in rice paper. Very simple and flavorful. The lemon soy dipping sauce was a perfect compliment to the rolls. I had the Shaken Beef, and got fried rice instead of steamed for a small up charge. Easily the best fried rice I've ever had. The beef was amazing. Loved the sauce and onions. My wife got the Pho, which seems to be the most popular thing. Loved the broth. Such a unique flavor. Perfect for a cold day. Can't wait to go back and try other dishes!

Been coming here weekly for almost 10 years, over the last year the quality of food has dropped big time. Guess we'll need to move on to another place or start going back to Mylan in Haltom City where they haven't saved a few bucks and cut back on quality.
One example is that they dropped normal lettuce for ice burg in all the salads. Waiters told us many people have complained but it will not change.
If you order the dry noodle bowl you will not get greens like other Vietnamese restaurants. Bowl of noodles and shrimp with no greens.
There will be competitors someday in our area.

The pho is absolutely delicious. I also love a more recent addition, the poke bowls. And you can’t go wrong with a Thai green tea or mangonada smoothie. Overall, I haven’t ever had anything here that I didn’t like!

Alliance location going down hill. Food was awful. Staff is young kids yelling and cussing in the back. Tables were dirty. Better Pho elsewhere.
