I traveled 100's of miles to once again savor that Double Double Animal Style just like they make it in California. Burger was hot and great. Fries were a little well done, but still on point. The Lite lemonade unfortunately falls short of the original; too fake sugary tasting, at least they tried.
Rarely do I find a food place where you can get somewhat safe fries (dedicated fryer). They do not guarantee gluten free because of cross contact risk; however, just about everything is inherently gluten free except for the regular buns I believe.

What a friendly location. Went through drive thru and got a placemat and plenty of ketchup. Not stingy here. Got a #2 meal for $8, great value and quality. Nice friendly ladies at the windows. Coming here again tomorrow. Fries not drenched with salt. Cheeseburger and fries perfectly cooked. Love it
My double double cheeseburger was excellent as usual, but the fries were very unusual off. It's like they had no insides or flavor, similar to if they were dehydrated or styrofoam. Very disappointed and we threw them away.

As far as fast food places go, this is consistently better than other fast food places for the price. It's not a gourmet burger, but for people doing low carb, the Flying Dutchman for ~$3 is very hard to beat.
