I’ve been coming to Spiral for a few years now, ever since I discovered them on my Purple Cow app. It’s still rare to find 100% vegan restaurants, but thankfully, most big cities have at least one. If you’re vegan and either living in or traveling through Fort Worth, this is a must-visit. Or, if you’re wanting to graze a little more healthily, Spiral offers up plant-based versions of American comfort food that will have you asking, “Are you *sure* this isn’t meat?” The menu runs the gamut from sandwiches to wraps, salads, burgers, nachos and sides, breakfast (“served all day”), and fought plates. I ordered Hell’s Half Acre, which I have had before. I traded up for the Beyond Chicken Tenders, which were accompanied by vegan mac & cheese, roasted broccoli, pasta salad, and toasted bread. The serving was sufficient to leave me sated. My only “complaint,” if you will, was that food prep was slow, as was my ability to catch my server’s eye to pay my tab. I wound up having to head for the front counter, where I got someone to take care of my bill. It was a Sunday night, and hardly crowded. But the food is so good that I can forgive. Next time I will try not also to be rushing to a nearby brewery before they shut down for the night. It’s great to know that Fort Worth has this culinary gem, and it is always worth seeking out. Streetside parking ebbs and flows, so keep that in mind if you hit it at peak times. Otherwise, bring your appetite, and save a cow or chicken.

The best vegan spot with the best pancakes! I’ve come here for breakfast for years and I’m just sad that the one in Dallas closed, but I like this location in Fort Worth better for parking purposes. I always order the Two Step with bacun. Sometimes I add blueberries to my pancakes if I’m feeling fancy. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have cookies, shakes, cupcakes and several sweets to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Absolutely amazing service and food! Great flavors and fresh. While most food is mildly spiced, you can ask for hot sauce as you desire, making it very convenient for groups. Menu is expansive and great for vegans, vegetarians and omnivores wanting to try out good meat substitutes!

We had to wait which I heard was expected. Honestly worth it. We had vegan and non vegan eaters at our table. The jerk chicken ? Amazing. Mac n cheese & chili was a hint of spicy and got better and better as you kept eating. The grilled cheese potato sandwich paired with potato salad was so good. I would recommend this place to anyone- truly a great atmosphere.

I'm not even vegan but I've come here at least five times now with friends. Came for the donuts to be honest haha. Very good! The pancakes and milkshakes are legit. Also had the burger and nachos on another occasion and was not disappointed. Still prefer a real burger but this was good.

We loved it here! Great menu with loads to choose from. Salads, sandwiches, nachos, burgers, and an all-day breakfast menu. They even have a bakery section with freshly baked good and a proper full dessert menu. Everything we tried was delicious, even my non-vegan parter loved the food! The service was great, and the diner itself was comfortable and nicely decorated. Would absolutely recommend!

It's one of my favorite vegan restaurants to dine. The staff is super friendly and the food is fresh and amazing always!! I visit twice a month, it is about an hour drive for me since they shut down the one in Dallas, but it's definitely worth the trip.

Man oh man! I love vegan food; however, I am not a vegan. I prefer vegan restaurants whenever I go out to eat because the food tastes better and more aesthetically pleasing. I decided to go to Spiral Diner & Bakery. I miss the Spirals in Dallas, so I decided to take a chance on the Ft. Worth location. The food was fantastic! I had their Patty Melt with home fries (see pic below). The customer service was excellent and better than any non-vegan restaurant! The atmosphere was super cool and welcoming. Try the brownies because they are soooo good that I devoured it and forgot to take a pic. 😂

Absolutely awesome! I had the most amazing tofu scramble, bacon that made me feel dirty (just so good), and one pancake that made me wish I had ordered two or three.

Julian was our server this time. He was amazing as all of the staff is there. He listened to my kids give their order and got everything correct. If if it's not close, we try to come eat here every chance we get to come to Texas.
