Amazing food and first class service!!
Excellent food, very good service.. All four of us had the Sea Bass with Crab on a bed of Asparagus (see photos). The sea bass was light, fluffy, cooked perfectly, and a generous portion. The crab was moist, flavorful, not dry or chewy--very good, careful prep. Excellent all around. I had the macaroni and cheese side, which was crispy tasty wonderful. The service was prompt and attentive. Huge wine list, excellent desserts.
Want to go back. It has been a while since we ate here, so my review is delinquent. What I can say is that we had a fabulous experience both with food and service. I very much would and want to go back.
What a treat!. I love this restaurant. All the reviews attest to the deliciousness of the food here. So worth the money! I ordered the scottish salmon with the vinagrette on the side. The fish was so tasty itself, it didn't need anything added to it. The crab fried rice and truffle mac and cheese are also amazing. Great place for a date, romantic and classy feel to the bar area. Awesome service, A+ all around.
Romantic Evening :). Service was PHENOMENAL and the food... no words to describe! My wife and I LOVED it for a great romantic dinner/evening! Only complaint we had was the lighting... REALLY dim in there (it's romantic... but a little more light wouldn't hurt anyone). That being said... this place is VERY expensive - so definitely NOT for casual dining. But trust me... VERY well worth the money spent! The waiters and hosts there make you feel welcome the moment you walk in! :) Highly recommend this for a romantic evening! (just not for a casual dining experience... unless you're into normally blowing your wallet with a shotgun!) :)

Superb service, delicious dishes and energetic atmosphere made our night memorable. We loved the Crab Cake, both salads - warm goat cheese, roasted mushrooms and greens and apple salad with beets, candied walnuts and greens were fantastic! Entrees were equally impressive - Ahi steak and Bay Scallops. We look forward to our next visit to Eddie Vs.
Good experience. We enjoy dinners at Eddie V's - great and very attentive staff, good music in the lounge and their lobster bique is fantastic! It is expensive and the lighting is so dark its hard to see your food after a few drinks, but for us overall, it's always a good experience.

Finger licking delicious! By far one of the best freshly made jumbo lump crab cakes my global palate has sampled! My favourite cocktail was the "Golden Hour". I love anything with touch of coconut! Brian is such an awesome host! Thank you for making the evening extra special! A must visit when in Fort Worth!
I've visited this Eddie V's location for years, each visit is always solid and hits the typical steak house / upper end seafood restaurant experience. I wouldn't consider Eddie V's particularly exciting or inventive, but it definitely delivers on expectations.
My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here. MAKE RESERVATIONS! I love that it allows you to specify the occasion so our tables had rose petals , we had an anniversary card, and received complimentary anniversary dessert. The food and service was EXCELLENT!
Really great experience. Food was very good and the service was top notch. It was my daughter's birthday and they really went the extra mile to make it special.
We come here about every two months. It’s in a good location for night life off 7th street. The food and service is always amazing. This is the first time we’ve came for our birthday. We made a reservation for 815 online and was seated at 810. We ordered the Big Eddie for an appetizer included lobster, oysters, shrimp and king crab with three different sauces. The 8 oz filet and Chilean sea bass. Everything was amazing. The steak you could cut with a fork. The service was on point we never had to ask for anything. Our server Paige was always there before we needed anything.
Crab cake was phenomenal! The scallops were perfect. Love eating here. Park in the parking garage, it’s free off barden street.
First time trying Eddie V's and I can honestly say I WAS NOT DISSAPOINTED! Went for my anniversary and it was a great experience from beginning to end. Ordered a couple appetizers and could honestly say it was the best calamari I've had. Main dishes were great sides were very flavorful. They gifted a free dessert for being our first time and a special occasion. There are a lot of different dishes I would like to try and will be back!
Late birthday dinner with the fam, and chose here because we’d never been but had heard good things. Upon waiter’s recommendation I got the Sea Bass paired with crab fried rice and asparagus and it was fabulous. Really delicious. My husband got the steak special (two small filets with four grilled shrimp). Slightly overcooked the steak but overall good. Parents got steak special and ahi tuna. My dad loved the tuna but was too spicy for stepmom. We also got lobster mashed potatoes but it was my least favorite part of dinner. Probably wouldn’t get again. Nothing wrong just not special. Also ordered dessert and crème brûlée was winner over bananas foster. Overall great meal.
Be ready to spend and be happy you got the dish! The waiters and staff were incredibly attentive. Its definitely an upscale place.
Big Eddie - the tower is well out with its oysters, jumbo shrimp, tuna poke (cubed up), king crab, and Maine lobster. The lobster was bland but everything else made up for it. The poke tuna I wished had ponzu or some ginger to help enhance the tuna flavors.
Chilean sea bass. The sea bass was nice thick and well seasoned. The bass was steamed complemented so well with the light soy broth and greens at the bottom.
!Georges Bank Scallops. The best scallops ever tried. They had a nice sear and great texture. Kudos to the chef.
This was an amazing experience!! Not only was the food great, but the service and care of the staff was phenomenal!! If your are wondering is it worth it, do it!!
