Rally's

My wife and I stopped in at Rally's on East State this afternoon. It's the one near the entrance before you go into Lowe's. Rally's makes pretty good food I don't think they make the best food. But the workers are almost always polite, and you can grab your food and go in a decent time frame. Sometimes they screw up our order which I think is par for course for most fast food places, but it doesn't happen that often. The best thing about Rally's is that you can sit in your car and see 50 cars in line that are not moving at McDonald's and know that they're going to take a half an hour before they get their food. I always hated getting stuck in their line with their curb Island trapping you there. Me, I'm going to be in and out of Rally's within 5 minutes usually and pay less money. I just wish they'd change their season fries to something else, they're usually greasy as hell and don't even taste like french fries. I think most seasoned fries are like that. I still eat them, what's a burger without fries? I smile doing so thinking that the guy in line at McDonald's will be still waiting in line when I am long gone. Thanks Rally's for your quick service and decent food.

Staff was all polite and prompt, my chicken sandwich was made fresh, took a bit longer but was worth it. The fries on the other hand, if they were voted best in the nation it wouldn't have been from here. They weren't terrible, just warm in temp, not great. Most people use drive thru, I chose the walk up window, not sure when it was last cleaned, but it was gross.
