Too much love for this Arby's. Staff is alright but they actually try to make things good for people. Great people but they're just people, don't expect anyone to do any superhero stuff for you at a Arby's.

On 2 different occasions I have not received the marinara sauce that goes with mozzarella sticks. Also, I asked for the taziki sauce on the side, which they gave me. However, they also put it on the gyro.

Just tried the Wagyu burger today for the first time & loved it! I hate that some people understand what an Arbys melt is & some don't. They either want to give you a plain regular roast beef or a Cheddar Melt. I don't like the red sauce or the onion buns. But I LOVE their mozzarella sticks & curly fries with cheese. I hope you keep the Wagyu burger. It was so yummy!

They have recently remodeled this Arby's on Bluffton Road. I was very pleased to see that they have a Coke machine that does not have those different push button varieties that you see in some of the other restaurants which messes up the flavor. The restaurant looks nice on the inside. Looks nicer than what it used to be. Although a little expensive in my opinion coupons always make it worth the visit. I will be going back again soon.
