They were super busy. The confusion of the customers did not help. I can not blame the staff for that. The the cashier that wears a head covering did amazing sorting it out. Looked like a team effort all around. My food was hot. My fries were fresh. You handled that rush well.

Ordering was quick and easy, very nice staff working the drive-thru. My food was hot and my orange juice was cold. There were plenty of napkins and the crew seemed to enjoy their coworkers and their jobs.

I speak as a former employee. First and foremost regarding their service, I was shocked and deeply uncomfortable with the way customers were spoken to. Beyond that when I applied, I applied for a singular position, one based in customer service and the lobby. In the orientation I was informed this was blatantly false, and I'd be put wherever they needed me as they saw fit. Upon filling in my availability as 12 to 8 I was pressured to shift it to close, 5 to whenever. Regardless, I specifically requested no more than 25 hours a week because of a litany of mental conditions from which I suffer. It quickly became apparent this didn't matter either, or at the very least wasn't taken into consideration as I was subsequently scheduled for 32 hours none of which fit my availability, and when I inevitably struggled with that (as one does when their limitations are ignored) I was terminated because I could not provide a doctor's note (the visit for which I cannot afford.)

I’m really curious as to when this McDonalds is going to open up the dining room and stop blaming it on being short staffed. It’s not a staffing issue at this point, they’re just being typical lazy McDonalds workers who don’t want to do their jobs. They can’t handle the stress of working both the dinning room and the drive thru. Pathetic. At 15 years old my manager and I at Wendy’s would run the entire restaurant, 12 hours at a time just the 2 of us. We saw triple the business this McDonalds sees, and we we were open later.

Ya know, I’ve never had worse service. The employee walked up to my window without saying anything, handed me my meal and walked away. Which is fine if there wasn’t white hairs in my burger and my drink looked to have the same.
At least i had the fries ffs.

The fries(2 smalls ) had hair on them, I went back and asked for some more..For the inconvenience I asked for 2 large considering gas is $5.25. I was 2 minutes away from my house so I had to turn around and the hair was black so I know some one should may have seen it. But none the less, I was given 2 small fries that was warm. I ended up throwing the away...money wasted. And I come to this Mickey D's because the Ice cream or what i ordered today ALL THE TIME. WHAT a shame.. I am very disappointed😠

Long wait. Order still wasn't ready when I reached drive up. Given the wrong drink twice. Left with wrong food order even after talking to someone whom I thought was a manager or shift leader.

Some of the best food I’ve ever had at McDonalds, it was really hot and made to order and their wasn’t any mistakes with my food like there normally is. The service was what to expect and not great, and while I was there waiting for my food, the employees were cussing at each other and sounded like they were going to fight and another was trying to get the other person to quit, but I guess its all in good favor if the food tastes as good as it did lol. Would go again.

Staff that was off the clock (hopefully) lined up at the counter goofing off with working staff while patrons were trying to order their food and then while sitting down to eat having to listen to how loud and unprofessional the staff were being.

Came through to pick up a quick lunch on my way back to the office. I pull up to grab my food and the woman pouring the coffee says, "do you see that in there" yet they proceeded to put a lid on it and hand it to me. Poured that down the sink (with all the items floating in it) when I got to the office. Opened my bag (sausage breakfast sandwich meal) to see my sandwich and fries. When did they stop serving hash browns with breakfast sandwiches ��

I just went there and got some great service and I swear the best Macdonald food I have had in a long time I had almost given up on McDonald's after the one near my house (rudisill) has given me such bad service and crap food ever since they put the biscuits on the all day menu I have yet got one that wasn't hard as a rock until today.... y'all did a great job thank you

the staff is ghetto and rude Devin owes me ten bucks they treat the homeless like 3rd class citezens Dick the owner is a REAL DICK ask anyone. only go here if you have no other choice and prepare to be disapointed nine times outta ten and the staff will act like its your fault!even if you wear a backpack cause your a student do not wear it in here they will assume your homeless and treat you like trash.

Worst McDonalds ever. Dirty and buckets on floor for water leaks. Server the big woman with too long fingernails even stuck me when giving my change. She has an attitude expected me to accept coffee with floating cream piece in it. Dirty outside too. Done with that one.

Didn't know u guys served tacos. Ordered a wrap. Paper wasn't even in it and it was literally folded in half. And u guys want 15 dollars an hour to be too lazy to fold a wrap right

Everyone in the restaurant (including me) got their orders refunded because everyone had their orders messed up. They have really bad service here, and the employees don't know how to listen and enter orders on their cash registers. Several people came in from the drive-thru with messed up orders as well.

I think this McDonald's service is too slow. People have long hair not under hats or nets and long fingernails that could come off in the food.

STAY AWAY FROM JEFFERSON MACDONALDS!!! Worst mickey dees ever. Closed shortly after midnight because "they had to catch up". Terrible, rude service. When I called to complain the phone was off the hook. I called the neighboring restraunt and they said they are indapendantly owned and operated so there's nothing they can do. STAY AWAY FROM JEFFERSON MACDONALDS!!!
