Pizza Hut

Had dinner at the Pine Valley store, dinner was great, salad fresh. Server Joanne was pleasant and very attentive. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 Stars is the carry out portion of my order was wrong. I ordered the Meaty Marinara Pasta with cheesy garlic bread. When I arrived home which is in the Georgetown area I found that the meal I was given was the Chicken Alfredo Pasta, which my Aunt who is home bound will not eat. I called the restaurant and spoke to the waitress, was placed on hold and no one came back on the line. I assume the call was lost, not hung up on. It took almost 7 minutes to get 1st call through, too frustrated to try again.

Enjoy coming to this establishment, but today for reasons unknown Manager asked everyone in restaurant how were they ,if they needed anything 🤔but she never approached our table...... we were only Black Family in Restaurant at this time !!!! This isn't the first time Amanda has been unfriendly an/or rude to us! Please speak to her before we decide to go elsewhere, Petra is the most nicest waitress we've ever had!

We have been to this location twice recently. Both times we have been very disappointed with our food. The first time we complained about the meat tasting weird and the manager said that was the way it has always tasted. The last time our stuffed crust pizza came out dripping in butter on the whole pizza. The board had pools of dried up butter sitting on it. We have never had a pizza covered with butter before. We didn't order it that way and never would. We couldn't even finish the slice we each had. We will not be coming back to this location . The Lima Rd. one offers much better pizza.
