Pulled up to drive up at 1:00 pm. The prompt came on saying someone will be right with me. Waited ten minutes tried saying hello and even calling the store. No one answered. Pulled around and the employees are at the side of the building smoking. I asked if they were going to help me and was told that they were all on break. Not the first time this has happened at this location but it will be my last visit.

Either change your hours so their correct or teach your staff to actually work. Both said you close at midnight yet at 11pm we pulled up, the prompt came over the speaker and we sat their for no one to come. Pulled around to leave and all your staff is sitting out back smoking, one lady says we’re closed yet didn’t say a thing when mentioning it says they close at midnight .

Been there several time for breakfast..mmm...but they seem to be having supply chain issues.. ah several times now for morning meals, they seem to be out of the scrumptious litte round deep fried to perfection. Yummy... potato cakes, they call hashbrowns. I call them little tater tots, they correct each time. But still like em. I may have to try them tomorrow and see if the meal #1 is all there...

Food was cold and definitely sitting out for a while. Whopper Jr was about as thin as a piece of paper. Got charged 15 cents for our dipping sauces as well, Worst fastfood we've ever got.

The only thing that was fresh was double cheeseburger. Only because it was special order. Everything else was terrible . Not sure how long it had been since being cooked

This is the second time I went there in recent weeks for it to be closed both times: once the dinning room, today the whole store is closed. I will continue to go to Burger King, butneveragaintothisstore. ,never again at this store.

It wasn't packed and it didn't take long to get my order although they only had 2 staff members working and they were really nice compensating.
